ENDEAVOR

In our 2024 Impact Report, we celebrate the borderless entrepreneurs who are redefining what it means to go global—scaling across borders, forging unexpected alliances, and building thriving ecosystems wherever they go.

In September 2024, Endeavor hosted its 100th International Selection Panel in Dublin. Ridwan Olalere, a Nigerian entrepreneur building a financial lifeline for the African diaspora, attended and struck up a conversation with Checkout.com CEO Guillaume Pousaz. The pair hit it off.

Months later, that connection helped Ridwan secure $53 million in Series B funding, including participation from Endeavor Catalyst. But it wasn’t just the networking that left an impression on Ridwan.

“I finally get Endeavor,” Ridwan told our founder and CEO Linda Rottenberg after the event. “I feel like I’ve found my home.”

Linda was delighted to hear Ridwan say this because — as our latest Impact Report makes clear — building “A New Global Home” for high-impact entrepreneurs is what Endeavor was all about in 2024.

Endeavor Entrepreneurs don’t just build businesses that span borders, they themselves often lead mobile, international lives.

We cheer their ambition, but understand the personal cost of cross-border ambitions.

Our goal over the past year was to continue our work of helping entrepreneurs dream bigger, have more impact, and pay it forward to the next generation. But also to offer a sense of belonging and supportive community to global entrepreneurs transforming economies.

The Impact Report lays out some of the steps we took towards this aim. In 2024, we:

  • Launched the first ever Endeavor Global Hub in London designed to be a second home for diaspora founders and a resource to help connect London-based Endeavor Entrepreneurs to the city’s robust network of investors. “I came to London from Buenos Aires years ago, but I never fully belonged. Now that we’re building this hub, I finally feel at home,” explained Connie Castro Feijóo, our London Hub Director, at the hub’s launch event.
  • Opened our 45th global office in Ukraine. Why bring Endeavor to a country still gripped by war? Despite the ongoing conflict, Ukraine continues to produce world-class tech talent, with companies like Grammarly and GitLab showcasing its global potential. Endeavor’s mission is to keep this momentum alive by connecting Ukrainian entrepreneurs with mentorship, global markets, and foreign capital. By offering a supportive home for Ukraine’s entrepreneurs today, we are paving the way for  a stronger, more resilient post-war economic recovery.
  • Reviewed more than 5,000 companies and selected 89 to join Endeavor from a wide range of countries and industries, including an Iraqi ride-hailing app, Ecuadorian and Nigerian fintechs, and an Italian AI company. Our highly curated community offers outstanding mentorship and real ‘been-there-done-that’ advice to help entrepreneurs realize their outsized ambitions.

Community and belonging aren’t just nice to haves. Support and knowledge sharing help entrepreneurs dream bigger and accomplish more. And this shows in this year’s numbers.

In 2024 2,900+ Endeavor Entrepreneurs generated $75 billion in revenue and created 4.1M jobs. Endeavor Catalyst, our rules-based co-investment fund, reached nearly 350 investments, fueled 61 $1 billion+  “unicorns,” and marked 27 exits. In 2025 Catalyst is set to launch its fifth and largest fund yet.

Creating a global community by and for entrepreneurs expands ambitions, improves profit, and ultimately scales up impact. Welcome home, entrepreneurs!
