Panagiotis Karampinis

Regional Managing Director for Europe, Endeavor | Managing Director, Endeavor Greece Panagiotis joined Endeavor in 2012. Until 2018, he worked on network development, overseeing the selection of prospective entrepreneurs and managing a portfolio of 14 leading Greek entrepreneurs, including the founders of Workable, FrezyDerm, Ergon, Konva, Christodoulou Brothers, and Metamaterial Inc. During this period, he also led the creation of Endeavor's first global entrepreneur community, the Global Food & Beverage Community - a network of 80 high-impact Endeavor Entrepreneurs across 30 countries, ranging from CPG companies in the U.S. to large-scale food service chains in Brazil and Indonesia. He was responsible for the community's content, group activities, mentoring programs, and cross-market synergies, and organized initiatives and events worldwide to support its members' growth. In 2018, he became Managing Director of Endeavor Greece, and in January 2026 he was appointed also Regional Managing Director for Europe. Panagiotis holds a degree in Finance and Banking Administration from the University of Piraeus. Prior to Endeavor, he worked with the International Fund of Investment Funds Group in Greece and served as Head of Corporate Partnerships at AIESEC in Greece, the world's largest student-run organization. He is a co-founder of TEDxKalamata and a volunteer with the Hellenic Red Cross Samaritans.
