This month, Endeavor selected 10 entrepreneurs leading five companies during our October International Selection Panel (ISP).
Each ISP is the culmination of a rigorous, multi-step selection process to identify high-impact entrepreneurs from all over the world. We seek founders with the greatest growth potential and those who commit to reinvesting time and resources into their local entrepreneurial ecosystems. By doing so, they help build the next generation of entrepreneurs, sparking a Multiplier Effect™. During the ISP, our panelists interviewed entrepreneurs about their businesses and evaluated their potential for high-impact growth. The panelists then discuss the candidates and vote on whether to select them to become Endeavor Entrepreneurs.

BlissHub

Entrepreneur: Fernando Gonçalves
Endeavor Office: Brazil
What they do: BlissHub is building faster, more efficient distribution for SME health insurance in Brazil by equipping brokers with AI and giving insurers a cleaner sales channel. Its quoting and back-office agent shortens the path from lead to policy for brokers, while its anti-fraud agent screens sales to keep insurers’ claims ratios below industry norms.
Who they are: Fernando founded BlissHub in 2021 after a career across consulting, fintech, and real estate. He spent five years at Bain & Company before joining Nubank, then built out Loft’s mortgage brokerage, LoftCred, where he took on the back-office work for a fragmented sales channel. He saw the same opportunity in SME health insurance, and built BlissHub to solve it.
Hilbert

Entrepreneurs: Nazli Tan and Ceyda Erten
Endeavor Office: Türkiye
What they do: Founded in 2025, Hilbert gives large consumer businesses one growth system in place of separate tools for acquisition, retention, and monetization. Today those functions sit in silos, with each team optimizing its own metric, so growth rarely compounds. Hilbert puts them on a shared foundation. Deep learning models score every customer from their first order on lifetime value, churn risk, reactivation likelihood, and product affinity. A layer of AI agents uses those scores to watch the business around the clock, flag what’s changing, propose and test growth moves, and execute across paid media, email, push, and promotions. Every result feeds back into the system, so it gets smarter for each customer over time. Notable customers include FreshDirect, Blank Street Coffee, Dandelion Chocolate and Levain Bakery.
Who they are: Hilbert was founded in 2025 by Nazli (CEO), Ceyda (Chief Strategy Officer), Cenk (Co-Founder, Engineering), and Ozgur (Co-Founder, AI & ML). Nazli and Ceyda worked together at two fast-growing consumer companies before starting Hilbert. At Getir, the Turkish on-demand delivery unicorn, Ceyda was Head of Transformation and Nazli rose from Growth Manager to Head of US Growth. They experienced the problem that led to Hilbert: companies with millions of customers and vast amounts of customer data make little use of it when deciding where to spend growth money. Cenk and Ozgur lead the technical work that turns this into a product. Cenk leads engineering and the data foundation, and Ozgur leads AI and ML, including the deep learning models behind every customer score. Together, they realized the problem wasn’t specific to grocery. It applies to almost every large B2C business, and they built Hilbert to solve it.
Linq

Entrepreneurs: Elliott Potter, Jared Mattsson and Patrick Sullivan
Endeavor Office: Heartland – USA
What they do: Linq provides messaging infrastructure that lets AI agents talk with customers over text messages. Through Linq, AI agents can hold natural conversations with customers using features such as photos and videos, reactions, typing indicators, and read receipts. Customers can also respond to messages, share media, and complete actions such as making a payment or confirming a booking within the conversation. Today, Linq supports more than 1,000 teams, including DoorDash, Instinct, and OpenAI, and has processed more than 700 million messages.
Who they are: Linq is led by co-founders Elliott (CEO), Jared (President), and Patrick (CTO). Prior to founding Linq, the three held key leadership positions at Shipt, a same-day grocery delivery platform acquired by Target for $550M in 2017. Elliiott served as the Director of Marketing, Jared as the Partner Success Manager, and Patrick as the Head of Front-End Engineering. Their experience at Shipt sparked a passion for entrepreneurship, and they collectively resolved to start a venture of their own one day after leaving the company. In 2018, they heard a speech by Bill Smith, a founding member of Birmingham’s Endeavor advisory board, that inspired them to finally make their move. The next year, they launched Linq.
Patsnap

Entrepreneur: Jeffrey Tiong
Endeavor Office: Malaysia
What they do: Patent data is public, but it’s fragmented, dense, and mostly unfindable outside of patent documentation, making intellectual property due diligence slow and high-stakes in terms of a firm’s time and capital. Patsnap was founded in 2007 to solve this problem, starting as a patent search tool and evolving into an AI-powered platform for IP due diligence and R&D decision-making. It serves both corporations, including Tesla, Micron, and Bose, and law firms, including Andrus, Wilson Sonsini, and Reed Smith.
Who they are: Jeffrey founded Patsnap in 2007 immediately after graduating from the National University of Singapore (NUS). While still a student, he took part in an NUS overseas entrepreneurship program that sent him to Philadelphia to work full-time at a medical device startup, while studying part-time at the Wharton School. It was at that startup that he was first exposed to patent data – research he found to be time-intensive, technically dense, fragmented across jurisdictions, and prone to human error. Jeffrey saw an opportunity to build a platform that made this information easier to find and interpret. He has now run Patsnap for 19 years.
Vetto AI

Entrepreneurs: José Nunes, Roberta Antunes, and Lucas Smaira
Endeavor Office: Brazil
What they do: Founded in 2025, Vetto AI is a research lab and data intelligence platform helping AI labs and enterprises improve their AI models. Relying on its proprietary benchmarks and network of third-party experts, the company supplies its customers with labeled post-training data, feedback systems, and evaluations that directly improve how well AI models perform in real-world use. The company counts some of the world’s top AI labs as its customers.
Who they are: Vetto was founded by José, Roberta, and Lucas. José was previously the CEO and founder of Start Carreiras, a Brazilian job search platform. Lucas spent five years at Google DeepMind, eventually leading the company’s data labeling team. He then became employee #12 at Mistral before leaving to found Vetto. Roberta was previously the Co-founder and COO of Hotel Urbano until it was partially acquired by Booking.com. She then served as Head of Growth and CEO at Endless Global, a non-profit focused on making computing universally accessible, before becoming Chief of Growth at Hashdex, the largest crypto asset management firm in Latin America.
From making global patent data actually searchable to training the models that power the world’s leading AI labs, these founders are building the future from Elsewhere.
