This month, Endeavor selected 28 entrepreneurs leading 16 companies during our International Selection Panel (ISP) in Athens, Greece.
Each ISP is the culmination of a rigorous, multi-step selection process to identify high-impact entrepreneurs from all over the world. We seek founders with the greatest growth potential and those who commit to reinvesting time and resources into their local entrepreneurial ecosystems. By doing so, they help build the next generation of entrepreneurs, sparking a Multiplier Effect™. During the ISP, our panelists interviewed entrepreneurs about their businesses and evaluated their potential for high-impact growth. The panelists then discuss the candidates and vote on whether to select them to become Endeavor Entrepreneurs.

Augusta Labs

Entrepreneurs: João Cerejeira and Rodrigo Fernandes
Endeavor Office: Portugal
What they do: Augusta Labs builds and deploys custom AI systems inside companies’ day-to-day operations. It embeds small pods of elite engineers and operators to redesign workflows and put production-grade AI to work, driving real gains in profitability and efficiency. Augusta works with premier private equity firms like Hg Capital and The Carlyle Group, and also serves enterprises like AstraZeneca.
Who they are: João and Rodrigo are childhood friends who co-founded Augusta Labs in 2024. Prior to Augusta, João worked at McKinsey and Rodrigo dropped out of college to join the CEO team at Sword Health, a Portuguese healthtech unicorn.
Axelera AI

Entrepreneurs: Fabrizio Del Maffeo and Evangelos Eleftheriou
Endeavor Office: Italy
What they do: Founded in 2021, Axelera AI builds edge AI chips (like its Metis processor) and complementary software (Voyager SDK) that run AI tasks directly on edge devices instead of in the cloud. The company was built to close a gap in the market: most AI compute is designed either for large cloud data centers or for low-power embedded devices, leaving nothing built for high-performance, energy-efficient AI processing at the edge. To manufacture and scale its hardware, Axelera partners with industry giants like Samsung and TSMC, and collaborates with major OEMs such as Lenovo, Dell, and Advantech. Today, Axelera has served more than 500 global customers across Europe, Asia, and North America.
Who they are: Fabrizio (CEO) has spent his career in senior operational roles in embedded computing and AI, including as Managing Director at AAEON Technology Europe and Head of AI at Bitfury Group. Evangelos (CTO) is an IBM Fellow and IEEE Fellow who has become internationally recognized throughout his 35+ years at IBM Research for his foundational contributions to storage, memory, and computing architectures. Looking to tackle the gap in compute solutions for edge applications, Fabrizio connected with Evangelos through their academic networks, and the two recognized a strong strategic alignment in their expertise and vision.
Cargofy

Entrepreneurs: Stakh Vozniak, Oleksandr Kovalchuk and Dimitris Alexiou
Endeavor Office: Ukraine
What they do: Cargofy is an AI orchestration platform for logistics. The company builds and deploys AI agents for shippers, brokers, and carriers. These “digital workers” plug into existing processes and automate high-volume workflows, such as finding and booking loads, tracking shipments, settling payments, and more. Cargofy serves clients across North America, Europe, and Central Asia, including SuuS, Nova Group, Kaspi, Zammler, Metinvest, and Vista.
Who they are: Cargofy was founded by two Ukrainian entrepreneurs, Stakh (CEO) and Oleksandr “Alex” (CTO), and a Greek entrepreneur, Dimitris (Chief Commercial Officer). Stakh is a serial founder who started his first company before he was 18 and has two prior exits. Before Cargofy he built Wozward, a Ukrainian trucking company, and Tona, a logistics app. Alex, the technical founder, is a telecom and radio engineer who worked on spacecraft launch systems at Ukraine’s Space Research Institute and runs a 35,000-subscriber technical channel on YouTube. Dimitris brings the commercial side, with 13+ years in logistics as a freight broker and trader at Maersk and Mitsui OSK Lines. The team founded Cargofy in 2017 as a technology-enabled freight platform, building deep operational expertise and proprietary logistics data. In 2022, the company honed in on building AI agents that automate complex logistics workflows.
Complete Farmer

Entrepreneur: Desmond Koney
Endeavor Office: Nigeria
What they do: Complete Farmer is an agricultural trading company connecting international commodity buyers directly to smallholder farmers across Ghana and Togo. The company buys crops at farmgate prices from more than 70,000 smallholder farmers and resells them to international buyers, including Aldi and Lidl. This removes the middlemen that have historically excluded African farmers from global commodity markets. A network of 350 field agents supervises crop quality and protocol compliance on the ground, while eight fulfillment centers handle aggregation, grading, and export logistics. The company has since built supporting products, including a marketplace for farm inputs and equipment and a credit product that uses farm data, instead of traditional credit history, to extend financing to farmers.
Who they are: Desmond grew up outside Accra, the son of smallholder farmers, and went on to study mechanical engineering at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, graduating as valedictorian. After that, he spent a year in China studying hardware manufacturing. Back in Ghana, he co-founded Cibus Technologies, a renewable energy venture, in 2017. When his father passed away and he inherited the family pineapple farm, running it firsthand exposed him to the barriers smallholder farmers face: limited market access, inconsistent buyers, and little financing. He exited Cibus and used the proceeds to found Complete Farmer.
Creator Ads

Entrepreneur: Rapha Avellar
Endeavor Office: Brazil
What they do: Launched in 2025, Creator Ads is the programmatic layer for creator media, the fastest-growing and least automated segment of advertising. While creator content commands an increasing share of brand budgets, the buying process still runs on manual workflows: sourcing, negotiation, compliance review, and payments handled by agencies and spreadsheets. Creator Ads replaces that stack with agentic AI infrastructure: SmartMatch AI selects and matches creators to campaigns autonomously, Guardian AI handles compliance and content approval, Whisper AI manages creator communications end to end and Creator Pay allows for seamless settlements. The result is creator media that behaves like a true media channel: predictable, measurable, and executable at a scale no manual operation can match. The platform orchestrates a network of over 500,000 creators and serves marquee advertisers including L’Oréal, P&G, Unilever, Mercado Libre, Amazon, Google, Meta, and Coca-Cola.
Who they are: Rapha is a Brazilian entrepreneur, marketing executive, and content creator with more than 400,000 followers across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. He started his career off in investment banking before joining his family’s industrial engineering firm, where he used LinkedIn and YouTube to generate inbound leads before those platforms became mainstream marketing channels for businesses. That experience shaped his belief that content and storytelling scale a founder’s influence more than a traditional sales team. He went on to found Jones, a creator-led brand strategy agency, and co-founded Adventures, a co-investment vehicle partnering with Brazil’s largest celebrities to build consumer brands. In 2023, he founded Creator Ads (formerly BrandLovrs).
Cuimo

Entrepreneurs: Jaime Álvarez, Enrique Adrien and Alejandro de la Hoz
Endeavor Office: Spain
What they do: Cuimo is a Spanish digital marketplace that buys used motorcycles from private sellers and a network of 205 partner dealerships, refurbishes them at its facility in Madrid, and resells them online and through three showrooms in Madrid, Valencia, and Málaga. The company leverages proprietary technology across every stage of the operation—from sourcing and pricing to refurbishment, sales, and customer service—enabling a highly efficient and scalable operating model. Customers can add financing or an extended warranty at checkout. Cuimo has sold 10,000+ motorcycles since inception.
Who they are: Cuimo was co-founded by Alejandro and Jaime, who met at IE Law School and have been friends for 12 years, along with Enrique, who joined as the company’s first employee shortly after launch. Alejandro spent five years in banking supervision at the Banco de España and the European Central Bank before working in M&A law. Jaime built his career at law firm Uría Menéndez and in investment banking in Madrid. Enrique worked in M&A at Cuatrecasas. The idea for Cuimo came while Alejandro and Jaime were browsing a Spanish second-hand bicycle marketplace and saw that the same model could work in the far larger, less professionalized motorcycle market.
Global66

Entrepreneur: Tomás Bercovich
Endeavor Office: Chile
What they do: Founded in 2018, Global66 set out to build the financial ecosystem that Latin America’s globally connected generation needs. The company’s long-term ambition is to become one of the region’s leading neobanks for individuals and businesses that move money across borders as a matter of routine. Users hold, send, and receive money in more than 10 currencies at real foreign exchange rates, with more than 80 percent of transfers settling in under five minutes.
Who they are: Tomás (CEO) is a serial entrepreneur who founded Cuponatic, a daily deals and discount e-commerce platform that he scaled across Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico, and later IZYTECH, a human resources software company that automated workforce management for businesses across Chile. He met his co-founder Cristóbal Forno (Endeavor Entrepreneur) at Columbia University in 2012 through a program called Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness for Latin America. At the time, Cristóbal was a founder and active executive of Capitaria (EE). In 2017, Tomás and Cristóbal moved to London to study what technology was doing to the financial industry. In 2018, they founded Global66 to build a financial platform serving individuals and businesses in an increasingly digital and global world.
Jet HR

Entrepreneurs: Marco Ogliengo and Francesco Scalambrino
Endeavor Office: Italy
What they do: Founded in January 2023, Jet HR is a cloud-based payroll and HR management platform built to modernize Italy’s notoriously complex and costly labor market. Jet HR provides a technology-driven solution for Italian companies with 1–500+ employees. The platform streamlines payroll, onboarding, employee management, and compliance — replacing the manual processes and legacy software that have long hindered Italian businesses with unnecessary errors, inefficiencies, and administrative overhead.
Who they are: Jet HR was co-founded by Marco (CEO) and Francesco (CPO). After beginning his career at McKinsey, Rocket Internet, and Zalora Group in Taiwan and Indonesia, Marco returned to Italy to co-found ProntoPro — Italy’s answer to Angie’s List. There, he built a 50-person sales team that acquired 100,000+ SMB customers, exposing him to the inefficiencies of Italian payroll services. Francesco met Marco at ProntoPro, where he served as Chief Design Officer. He later became Country Manager at PayFit, where he led the company’s push to bring its leading European HR platform into the Italian market. That effort surfaced just how difficult the Italian payroll landscape is to navigate, and gave him a firsthand understanding of the gap Jet HR was built to close. He went on to serve as Director of Product at Oyster HR before co-founding Jet HR with Marco.
Jo Academy

Entrepreneur: Ala Jarrar
Endeavor Office: Jordan
What they do: Jo Academy was founded in 2014 as one of the first e-learning platforms in Jordan. The platform provides curriculum-aligned online courses, including video lessons from leading teachers, practice exercises, and an AI chatbot companion. The company originally focused on helping grade 11-12 students prepare for Tawjihi (Jordan’s national high school exam) and has established itself as a market leader for Tawjihi prep. Jo Academy has served more than 2 million students to date and is now focused on expanding across the MENA region.
Who they are: Ala grew up in Jordan and studied telecom engineering at Yarmouk University, a public university in Irbid. Prior to founding Jo Academy, Ala spent nearly two decades in the telecommunications sector across Jordan and Saudi Arabia at companies including Marconi Wireless, LCC International, and Ericsson. He left Ericsson to found Jo Academy in 2014, hoping to use technology to remedy the persistent challenge of unequal access to quality education that he witnessed firsthand while growing up and attending public school in Jordan.
KamelPay

Entrepreneurs: Ehsan Rahman, Saadaat Yaqub Bajwa and Zishan Rahman
Endeavor Office: Pakistan
What they do: Founded in 2021 and based in the UAE, KamelPay is an end-to-end digital banking solution for underbanked migrant workers across the Gulf region. The company’s platform serves both employers and employees: corporate payroll and expense management on the business side, and payroll cards, remittances, microfinance, and app-based account services for workers.
Who they are: Saadaat (Director) and Ehsan (CEO) are longtime career bankers with roughly two decades of experience each across corporate, wholesale, investment, and transaction banking in the GCC. Zishan (CTO), Ehsan’s brother, brings 20+ years of technology experience across fintech and other sectors, including having previously founded and exited Kardiya Technologies, an IT services and consulting business. While working at Noor Bank in Dubai, Saadaat repeatedly saw how migrant workers were excluded from mainstream financial services and how employers struggled with payroll distribution, leading him to team up with Ehsan and Zishan to start KamelPay.
Koltin

Entrepreneurs: Eduardo Ortiz Reynaga and Carmen Rosillo
Endeavor Office: Mexico
What they do: Koltin was founded in 2021 to help older Mexicans access higher quality healthcare at more affordable prices. Guided by a preventive-first approach, Koltin provides adults aged 50 to 84 with a single membership that bundles private health insurance with personalized preventive care, and access to a network of specialists, physical clinics, and community programming. Beyond healthcare, Koltin’s anti-anti-aging campaigns have made it one of Mexico’s most beloved brands in healthy aging.
Who they are: Koltin was co-founded by Eduardo (CEO) and Carmen (COO), who met when Catalyst Fund, Eduardo’s employer at the time, invested in Carmen’s previous startup. During his work as an investor, Eduardo backed fintech startups focused on improving the financial health of families in emerging markets. Carmen is a second-time founder in the insurance space, having built Bamba to expand access to financial products for domestic workers in Mexico. The founders decided to build Koltin together after both their grandparents were denied private health insurance due to their age.

After graduation, Ignacio co-founded Frontier Car Group, a unicorn used car marketplace that was acquired by Prosus Group, where he later rose to become Global Head of Marketing, Expansion, and Training. Guillermo, meanwhile, co-founded and rotated between COO, CFO, and CTO of Cumplo, one of Latin America’s leading fintech lenders, which has facilitated over $3B in loans across Chile, Mexico, and Peru.
Refurbi

Entrepreneur: Sebastián Jiménez
Endeavor Office: Colombia
What they do: Founded in 2019, Refurbi is a vertically-integrated refurbished electronics reseller. Sebastián then moved into the tech ecosystem, joining Linio, one of Latin America’s first major e-commerce marketplaces as a Cellphones Product Manager. In 2022, building on what he learned at Celuventas and Linio, Sebastián saw the opportunity to formalize Latin America’s gray market and started Refurbi.
Tylko

Entrepreneurs: Benjamin Kuna and Mikołaj Molenda
Endeavor Office: Poland
What they do: Founded in 2015 in Poland, Tylko is a direct-to-consumer furniture company offering customizable, made-to-order shelving, wardrobes, and sofas. Customers configure products to exact dimensions through a proprietary online configurator. Ninety-eight percent of over 300K Tylko’s lifetime buyers have chosen non-standard sizes. The company serves customers across 32 European countries.
Who they are: Mikolaj holds a Master’s in architecture from the University of the Arts Poznań and the Poznań University of Technology. Prior to Tylko, he co-founded BRIDGE, an interdisciplinary design and technology studio working across augmented reality, parametric design, and digital fabrication. Mikolaj also worked as an architect at WWAA, working on the Polish Pavilion Expo in Shanghai, and as a multimedia artist for major European opera productions. He is also an active angel investor with a portfolio spanning ElevenLabs (Endeavor Entrepreneur), Skydio, and several Y Combinator-backed ventures. Alongside their two other co-founders, Jacek Majewski and Hanna Kokczyńska, the four lifelong collaborators founded Tylko in 2015.
Vescent

Entrepreneur: Scott Davis
Endeavor Office: Colorado – USA
What they do: Founded in 2002, Vescent was effectively restarted in 2020 when co-founder Scott Davis returned as CEO after a stint at Analog Devices, which had acquired some of the company’s IP. Today, Vescent designs and manufactures the precision-photonics hardware beneath quantum computing, precision timing, and defense sensing. Its core product, an optical frequency comb, is a tool that keeps customers’ lasers and machines calibrated, allowing quantum computers to operate reliably outside of lab conditions. Vescent supplies the majority of the lasers and frequency combs used by commercial quantum-computing companies in the United States.
Who they are: Scott is a quantum physicist who has spent his career translating precision-laser science into products the world can actually use. Scott earned his PhD in chemical physics from the University of Colorado Boulder. During his PhD, he trained at JILA, the joint lab with the US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) that has produced four quantum Nobel Prizes and where laser stabilization and optical frequency combs, core technologies underlying Vescent’s business, were invented. Scott then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at NIST in high-resolution laser spectroscopy. He is also a prolific researcher and inventor, holding more than 27 patents pending or issued and has authored over 30 research papers and two book chapters.
Yakeey

Entrepreneur: Karim Beqqali
Endeavor Office: Morocco
What they do: Founded in March 2023, Yakeey operates an end-to-end real estate marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, brokers, notaries, and banks on a single platform in a market where most transactions remain informal and unverified. YakeeyPRO, a network of 800+ trained brokers, advises buyers and sellers through every deal. YakeeyVal, an AI-powered valuation tool built on an exclusive partnership with Morocco’s National Council of Notaries, has become the official reference for the country’s tax authority. YakeeyCredit, a mortgage brokerage built with CIH Bank, gives customers direct access to mortgage financing through banking partners on the platform. Yakeey also runs an iBuying program launched with Umnia Bank, purchasing apartments at a discount to give sellers guaranteed liquidity within 14 days, then reselling them at fair market value.
Who they are: Karim spent two decades in Moroccan and international real estate before founding Yakeey. A graduate of ESSEC Business School in Paris, he began his career at Nexity in Madrid before joining CBRE. There, he worked across London, Dubai, and Madrid before building CBRE’s North Africa operation from one person to 100 in under three years. In 2013, he left to found Ynexis, a real estate group that now manages over $2.2 billion in assets. That experience exposed him to the dysfunction of the Moroccan real estate market: unverifiable listings, opaque valuations, and fragmented financing. Yakeey is his answer to it.
From powering the AI chips that bring intelligence to edge devices, to building the precision-laser hardware behind quantum computers, these founders are building the future from Elsewhere.
