This month, Endeavor selected 19 entrepreneurs leading 10 companies during our International Selection Panel (ISP) in Montreal, Canada.
Each ISP is the culmination of a rigorous, multi-step selection process to identify high-impact entrepreneurs from all over the world. We seek founders with the greatest growth potential and those who commit to reinvesting time and resources into their local entrepreneurial ecosystems. By doing so, they help build the next generation of entrepreneurs, sparking a Multiplier Effect™. During the ISP, our panelists interviewed entrepreneurs about their businesses and evaluated their potential for high-impact growth. The panelists then discuss the candidates and vote on whether to select them to become Endeavor Entrepreneurs.

BAMF Health

Entrepreneurs: Anthony Chang and Chad Bassett
Endeavor Office: Midwest – USA
What they do: BAMF Health operates theranostics centers that use molecular imaging and radiopharmaceuticals to find and treat cancer in the same visit. Theranostics is an emerging medical field that uses radiopharmaceuticals, or radioactive drugs, to detect, locate and treat disease (mostly cancers) at the molecular level. This strategy often yields better outcomes than conventional therapies, including a longer life and better quality of life. At its flagship Grand Rapids, Michigan facility, BAMF scans patients, manufactures drugs, and delivers therapy all in one place, and often in the same day. The company currently treats prostate cancer, neuroendocrine cancer, as well as Alzheimer’s disease. To further advance radiopharmaceutical research, it offers a clinical trial platform for pharma companies to match their patient volume to new clinical trials. To scale beyond its single facility, BAMF has partnered with other health systems across the US to build, own, and operate theranostics facilities within their system.
Who they are: Anthony founded BAMF Health in 2018 after years in medical imaging and radiopharmaceutical research, including training at Yale, Vanderbilt, and a PhD from UT Health San Antonio. After that, he led translational imaging research at the Van Andel Institute, a Grand Rapids biomedical research group. After a decade of witnessing the rise of theranostic research, he left academia to build a scalable model for care delivery. Chad comes from a business background, with prior experience at Bain, an MBA from the University of Michigan, then healthcare M&A at Deloitte. He met Anthony through Van Andel and left Deloitte to help build the company. He now runs operations across radiopharmacy, trials, and therapy, plus the commercial side driving the joint ventures and the clinical trial platform.
Chowdeck

Entrepreneurs: Femi Aluko, Olumide Ojo and Lanre Yusuf
Endeavor Office: Nigeria
What they do: Chowdeck is a technology company that provides on-demand delivery and logistics services to both customers and vendors. With operations across Nigeria and Ghana, the company enables customers to order meals, groceries, and other everyday essentials to their home from thousands of vendors while also providing businesses with an integrated logistics platform to manage operations.
Who they are: Chowdeck co-founders Femi (CEO), Olumide (CTO), and Lanre (COO) all come from engineering backgrounds. Femi and Olumide both worked as principal engineers at Paystack, a Nigerian payments company acquired by Stripe for $200M in 2020, while Lanre served as a lead engineer at Crown Interactive, a Nigerian technology company. Femi conceived the idea for Chowdeck in 2021 after a COVID-19 quarantine highlighted the severe lack of reliable food delivery options in Nigeria, and recruited Olumide and Lanre to co-found it with him.
Jago Coffee

Entrepreneurs: Yoshua Tanu, Christopher Oentojo and Daniel Sidik
Endeavor Office: Indonesia
What they do: Historically, Indonesians have been forced to choose between cheap instant coffee from street vendors and quality coffee from chains priced beyond most of the population’s reach. Founded in 2020, Jago Coffee closes that gap, selling café-quality drinks from ~$0.50 per cup, comparable to what a street vendor charges. The company modernizes the traditional street vendor model through its fleet of mobile electric carts operated by trained sellers (“Jagoans”). Customers can buy in-person from a nearby cart or via Jago’s app with free delivery. Today, Jago operates a fleet of over 2,000 carts across Greater Jakarta.
Who they are: Jago is led by co-founders Yoshua (CEO), Christopher (CTO), and Daniel (COO and CMO). Yoshua is a coffee enthusiast and award-winning barista. Prior to founding Jago Coffee, he co-founded Common Grounds, a leading specialty coffee chain in Indonesia, and opened the country’s first outlet of Australian coffee chain ST. ALi. Working in the industry, he realized that despite its rising popularity, high-quality coffee remained inaccessible to most Indonesians. To build the technology needed to bring high-quality coffee to Indonesia’s streets at an affordable price, Yoshua brought on Christopher as his technical co-founder. Previously VP of Product at Gojek, Christopher built systems for routing, geocoding, and map matching that powered the company’s ride-hailing and delivery precision at scale, and used this experience to build Jago’s technology platform. Two years after Jago was founded, Daniel joined as the third co-founder. He previously built and scaled Reddog, a snack brand, to 50 franchise outlets across Indonesia within two years.
Jeeves

Entrepreneur: Dileep Thazhmon
Endeavor Office: Miami – USA
What they do: Launched in 2021, Jeeves is a financial operating system for global companies, offering corporate cards, cross-border payments, accounts payable, and expense management on a single platform. The company serves businesses across Latin America, Europe, and other international markets.
Who they are: Dileep is a second-time founder. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer engineering and computer science from Drexel University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Earlier in his career, he worked as an M&A strategy consultant at Deloitte Consulting. He then founded and served as COO at his first venture, Jeeng (formerly PowerInbox), a marketing automation company he scaled to a $100M+ exit. While at Jeeng, Dileep came across what he called an infrastructure problem: closing the books across just two countries required six separate vendors. This experience led him to build Jeeves with stablecoin rails at the center.
Jobber

Entrepreneur: Sam Pillar
Endeavor Office: Canada
What they do: Founded in 2011 in Edmonton, Canada, Jobber is a business management platform designed specifically for home service entrepreneurs. The platform automates the administrative “white-collar” tasks of running a blue-collar business, including customer scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and payment collection. Today, the company has grown to over 1,300 employees and is used daily by 400,000 service professionals across more than 100,000 unique businesses.
Who they are: Prior to Jobber, Sam worked as a freelance software developer at his company Cardboard Creative, executing projects for small businesses and not-for-profits that required functional solutions on low budgets. In early 2011, Sam was working at a coffee shop in Edmonton, where he met Forrest Zeisler, a fellow freelance software developer. They hit it off, and decided to work together on some small projects, which led to the insights that would inspire the vision for Jobber. Recognizing the size of the opportunity in front of them, Sam and Forrest officially launched their company, which was initially called Octupusapp, in 2011.
OMNY Health

Entrepreneur: Mitesh Rao
Endeavor Office: Southeast – USA
What they do: Since 2018, OMNY has partnered with health systems to transform their complex clinical records—structured EHRs, unstructured notes, claims, and medtech data—into normalized, de-identified enterprise-grade datasets. Their secure, two-sided platform sets the standard for compliantly sharing data to power life-changing health outcomes.
Who they are: After earning his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University, Mitesh practiced as a board-certified emergency medicine physician before serving as Head of Healthcare Innovation Integration at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Chief Patient Safety Officer at Stanford Health Care. His clinical and operational roles exposed how deeply fragmented healthcare data was, and seeing no viable solution on the market, he set out to build one himself.
Prometeo

Entrepreneurs: Ximena Aleman and Rodrigo Tumaián
Endeavor Office: Uruguay
What they do: Founded in 2018, Prometeo is a Montevideo-based B2B financial infrastructure company. Its core product is a global account verification API that confirms whether an account exists, is active, and belongs to the stated owner, which helps businesses confirm they are paying the correct account. Prometeo also provides account-to-account payment rails and consolidated banking data, working with clients such as SWIFT, JPMorgan, Citi, and Mercado Libre.
Who they are: Ximena began her career as a technology journalist, working at El Pais Uruguay. Her exposure to the financial services and technology sectors gave her early insight into the inefficiencies and structural fragmentation that defined banking in Latin America. Rodrigo came to the same problem from the opposite direction, starting his career in the tech consultancy space with a focus on cybersecurity and payment compliance. Recognizing the scale of the opportunity, they co-founded Prometeo in 2018.
Reka AI

Entrepreneur: Dani Yogatama
Endeavor Office: Indonesia
What they do: Founded in 2022 by AI research leaders from Google DeepMind and Meta, Reka AI is a research lab focused on developing advanced multimodal AI models that process and interact with multiple data types, including video, audio, and text. The company started by packaging its models into consumer products like Reka Vision for video analytics and RekaClip for creators. In 2026, it launched Reka Infer, where it hosts its models and others on GPUs and sells access via API, and Claru, a proprietary database of physical AI training sets, both sold to other AI labs startups. Backed by investors like NVIDIA and Snowflake, Reka raised a $110M Series B in 2025, valuing it at over $1B.
Who they are: Dani brings a deeply technical, research-first ethos to the company. Raised in Indonesia, Dani earned his PhD in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, researching statistical machine learning and computational linguistics under Noah Smith in his ARK lab. He then spent nearly seven years as a Senior Staff Research Scientist at Google DeepMind in London, where his fundamental research spanned memory architectures in recurrent networks, adaptive computation, and foundational algorithmic reasoning — work that directly informed major DeepMind initiatives like LaMDA, Gemini, and AlphaCode. After establishing his academic track record with over 29,000 citations, he relocated to Sunnyvale to launch Reka AI. He also concurrently serves as an adjunct associate professor at USC.
Spectrum.Life

Entrepreneurs: Stephen Costello and Stuart McGoldrick
Endeavor Office: Ireland
What they do: Founded in 2018 in Dublin, Spectrum.Life replaces the fragmented patchwork of helplines, apps, and therapy networks with a single connected platform. Its white-label digital front door embeds directly into partners’ own apps. It triages each member to the right level of care, from wellbeing content and its AI companion Cara, to therapy and virtual GP services. All care is delivered by a directly employed clinical team. The company cares for over 7.5 million people across leading insurers, thousands of corporate clients, and 50 of the UK’s top universities, and has expanded beyond the UK and Ireland into Australia and the Gulf.
Who they are: Spectrum.Life is the second company Stephen (CEO) and Stuart (Executive Chair) have built together, after roughly twelve years working side by side in Irish healthcare. Stuart is a serial founder with four previous healthcare businesses, including Spectrum Health, and began his career in the airline industry, founding and selling the carrier EUJet before turning to health. Stephen spent four years at Spectrum Health before co-founding Spectrum.Life, and was named joint Entrepreneur of the Year at Ireland’s 2022 Early Career awards. At Spectrum.Life, Stephen runs the business day to day, focused on technology, product, and operations, while Stuart drives strategy and leads international expansion.
Taiv

Entrepreneurs: Noah Palansky, Jordan Davis and Avi Stoller
Endeavor Office: Canada
What they do: Taiv is an AI-integrated hardware platform that replaces cable TV advertising in bars, restaurants, and retail locations. They replace ads with targeted content chosen by the venue, using computer vision to detect commercial breaks in real time. Founded in Winnipeg in 2018, the company has scaled to more than 6,000 venues across North America, reaching over 30 million viewers monthly.
Who they are: Noah (CEO), Avi (CRO), and Jordan (CTO) co-founded Taiv in 2018. Noah founded a children’s cancer charity at 13 that raised about $1M and helped roughly 30 kids by the time he was 18. He left school at 21 for a marketing leadership role at Ibex Payroll, then returned to specialize in AI, finishing a Computer Science degree at the University of Manitoba in 2018, where he met Avi and Jordan, starting Taiv that same year at 22. The idea came from watching a hockey game at a bar: when the broadcast cut to commercial, the ad was for cheaper beer at a rival bar down the street, and Noah realized the venue was paying for the screen and the cable subscription while funding a competitor’s marketing.
From delivering meals and groceries on-demand across Nigeria to transforming how cancer is diagnosed and treated, these founders are building the future from Elsewhere.
