Markus Bihler

Markus is an investor and independent board director based in Cape Town and focused on companies at pivotal moments. He serves on the boards of listed and private companies and began his career in private equity at Blackstone and EQT. He founded and led Builders Union, a global long/short hedge fund investing in consumer and technology companies globally. Previously, he was a founder and CEO twice — both in Europe and in Southeast Asia.
