Tamer Al-Salah

Tamer Al-Salah is the Managing Director of Endeavor Jordan, where he leads the office's strategy and operations to select, support, and scale high-impact entrepreneurs. He has more than 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship development and building investment ecosystems, and has played a key role in advancing Jordan's startup landscape. Before rejoining Endeavor, Tamer was Managing Director of BeyondCapital, a joint initiative between Endeavor Jordan and Silicon Badia. BeyondCapital ran as a fund of funds and angel investment platform. It invested in 7 VC funds across MENA and backed more than 40 companies with both capital and hands-on support. Tamer started his career at Endeavor Jordan as Entrepreneur Selection & Growth Manager, working closely with founders. He then joined the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where he managed advisory projects for SMEs across the Kingdom. Tamer sits on the board of the Jordan Strategy Forum and is a member of Jordan's National Entrepreneurship Policy Council. He is an active voice in the ecosystem and mentors startups across several programs. He holds a Master's degree in International Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Essex and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the New York Institute of Technology.
