When our global community comes together, that’s when the real Endeavor magic happens. As an international crossroads, Dubai set the stage for our first in-person International Selection Panel (ISP) of the year, held from February 18-20, 2025. Entrepreneurs from around the world gathered to pitch their businesses to a global panel of business leaders and mentors, receiving invaluable feedback found nowhere else. After three days of connecting, sharing, and learning, Endeavor selected 26 entrepreneurs leading 15 companies that are innovating across industries and regions, including our first-ever Ukrainian company.
Each ISP is the culmination of a rigorous, multi-step selection process to identify high-impact entrepreneurs from all over the world. We seek founders with the greatest growth potential and those who commit to reinvesting time and resources into their local entrepreneurial ecosystems to help build the next generation of entrepreneurs, sparking a Multiplier Effect. During the ISP, our panelists interviewed entrepreneurs about their businesses and evaluated their potential for high-impact growth. The panelists then discuss the candidates and vote on whether to select them to become Endeavor Entrepreneurs.

Airalo
Entrepreneur: Ahmet Bahadir Oezdemir
Endeavor Office: UAE and Turkey
What they do: Airalo is a global eSIM marketplace that allows travelers with eSIM-compatible phones to choose from over 200 local, regional, or global eSIMs. The platform is simple and user-friendly. Users simply download the app, purchase an eSIM plan, and install it. They can then connect to the local network at their destination. Airalo’s app is incredibly popular, with more than 15 million registered users and an app store rating of 4.6/5.0 from over 120,000 reviews.
Who they are: Ahmet Bahadir is a serial entrepreneur who got his first taste of entrepreneurship when he won a $50K entrepreneurship competition at university. His next venture was a warehouse network that supplied food and essentials to sailors at the harbor. However, while he provided necessities such as tomatoes and potatoes, the sailors always asked for one thing: SIM cards. At every harbor, they would buy new SIM cards to call their loved ones, often ending up with drawers full of them. Ahmet Bahadir saw an opportunity and launched Sim4crew, selling travel SIM cards that kept sailors connected across 150 countries. These are physical SIM cards that users would insert into their phones. It enabled them to stay connected across 150 countries. When the iPhone XS launched with an eSIM in September 2018, Ahmet Bahadir saw an opportunity to offer a better product. Eleven months after the launch of the iPhone XS, he launched Airalo, and within a year, the platform had been used by travelers to over 160 countries.
Entrepreneur spotlight – Why we’re excited:
Among frequent travelers, Airalo is one of the best-kept secrets. It is a great product that just works. It wasn’t surprising to learn that the business behind the product is just as remarkable. I’ve been at Endeavor for six years and have not seen many companies combining high growth, high margins, and a significant market opportunity like Airalo. Bahadir is a laser-focused entrepreneur who has built an impressive business. Now, he is faced with a surplus of opportunities for expansion.
If this is your first time coming across Airalo, I’m confident it will not be your last.

Endeavor Office: Saudi Arabia
What they do: Founded in 2017, Gathern is Saudi Arabia’s leading peer-to-peer (P2P)vacation rental marketplace, offering over 35,000 diverse accommodations across more than 280 cities. As the category creator and first licensed P2P rental platform by the Saudi Ministry of Tourism, Gathern connects travelers with an array of unique stays — from traditional apartments and villas to cultural heritage sites and immersive desert camps. The platform has cemented its position as a local champion by unlocking access to previously unused properties and providing affordable, authentic, and culturally rich lodging experiences, particularly in underserved areas. Who they are: Latifah is a graduate of King Saud University with a master’s degree from Wright State University. She developed her executive skills through six years of management positions, including roles as Managing Director at Berlitz and General Manager at Charles Taylor. Her entrepreneurial journey began while pursuing her master’s in the US, where she founded her first venture, Blue & Pink. The inspiration for Gathern struck in 2016 when she discovered her neighbor’s successful short-term rental business model. This revelation sparked her vision to pioneer the P2P rental marketplace in Saudi Arabia, transforming the country’s accommodation landscape.
Entrepreneur spotlight – Why we’re excited:
Latifah’s calm, composed demeanor belies the aggressive way Gathern has grown and captured market share. Growing a business to Gathern’s scale while keeping margins strong is tough anywhere – doing it as a woman in Saudi Arabia while competing with Airbnb is even more impressive. As Saudi Arabia opens up, few entrepreneurs represent this market transformation better than Latifah.
If you’re heading to Saudi Arabia for the 2034 World Cup, let me be the first person to recommend booking a Gathern.

NG.CASH
Entrepreneurs: Mario Augusto Sá, Luis Felipe Carvalho, Petrus Arruda, and Antonio Nakad
Endeavor Office: Brazil
What they do: Working-class Brazilian teenagers enter something resembling adulthood early: economic pressures and Brazilian laws encourage them to enter the workforce as young as 14, and many manage their own finances separately from their parents. NG.CASH is a digital bank providing Gen Z teenagers with independent banking access – not services that feel dumbed down or dependent on a hands-on parent – while ensuring safety and promoting financial education.
Who they are: At just 14 years old, Mario (CEO) became an entrepreneur when he launched a YouTube channel, Neagle, focused on lifestyle content for Gen Z viewers. Later as a standout student at PUC-Rio, his college professor, Luis (Chief Legal Officer), invited Mario to co-found a banking-as-a-service startup with him, Trampolin. Mario dropped out, and in just under three years, they sold this business to Brazilian fintech giant Stone in 2021. Hungry to tackle a new challenge, they recognized the need for a banking service tailored to Gen Z teens. The duo established NG.CASH, then recruited Petrus (COO) and Antonio (Chief Marketing Officer), two more of Luis’s standout students from PUC-Rio, to co-found the company with them.
Entrepreneur spotlight – Why we’re excited:
At first, I was skeptical – why does a separate bank need to exist for teens? But the answer became clear: economic necessity and local legal structures mean that working-class Brazilian teens are managing their money like young adults, yet the banking industry still treats them like kids. 69% of NG’s users are already earning income independently of their parents, with the majority between the ages of 14 and 18. Many come from indebted or less financially savvy households where parental guidance on banking is limited. Mario, Luis, Petrus, and Antonio – a team of three Gen Z founders and their former college professor – are exactly the kind of entrepreneurs we love to work with: decisive and self-assured, yet humble and eager to learn.
On the back of building one of Brazil’s most popular YouTube channels, they’ve built a remarkable user acquisition engine that knows how to capture attention and capitalize on virality. Now, as they scale, I’m thrilled to back this team through the next stage of their journey.

Qist Bazaar
Entrepreneur: Arif Lakhani
Endeavor Office: Pakistan
What they do: Financial inclusion remains a challenge in Pakistan, with only 21% of adults having access to formal services. Founded in 2021, Qist Bazaar is a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) platform enabling unbanked and underbanked consumers in Pakistan to access essential goods through flexible monthly payments. By leveraging alternative data – such as residential area and social guarantors – Qist Bazaar provides financing without requiring a traditional credit history. To date, the company has facilitated $16M in purchases across 77,000 transactions.
Who they are: Arif’s journey to Qist Bazaar began in 1995 when he launched the computer division of Electro World, a retailer he later transformed into a key player in Pakistan’s computer hardware sector. Over the years, he expanded the business internationally to Canada, Poland, and Dubai, focusing on the distribution and export of used and refurbished computers. Through years of experimenting with internal financial models, Arif gathered insights into the repayment behaviors of underbanked consumers, uncovering cultural dynamics that could improve repayment rates. He introduced social guarantors – trusted community members aware of a borrower’s repayment status – and identified high-repayment consumer segments, like hospital employees By 2021, with two decades of data on unbanked consumers, he launched Qist Bazaarto scale BNPL services in Pakistan, making them more structured and accessible to those without traditional banking access.

Swoop
Entrepreneurs: Andrea Reynolds and Ciaran Burke
Endeavor Office: Ireland
What they do: Small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) often struggle to get the funding they need to grow due to complicated applications, high rejection rates, and limited financial knowledge. Swoop, founded in 2018, is a marketplace and tech platform that helps solve this problem, connecting SMBs to 1,500+ financing providers across six countries, including the US and UK. By integrating with accounting systems, banking services, and business registries, Swoop automates data collection, credit assessment, and funding applications, drastically reducing the time and effort required to secure financing. Users can access Swoop directly, through advisors using its platform, or via embedded tools within platforms many SMBs already use. Swoop also offers analytics and recommendations to help businesses reduce expenses while improving cash flow. The platform also benefits brokers, accountants, and lenders by streamlining workflows and enhancing data visibility. To date, Swoop has helped 210,000+ SMBs secure over $2 billion in funding and save $10.8 million in costs.
Who they are: Swoop was founded by Andrea (CEO) and Ciaran (COO), serial entrepreneurs from Ireland. Andrea’s path to entrepreneurship was shaped by her father’s role as Ireland’s Prime Minister and her background in economics and accounting. After university, she founded a corporate finance firm that raised over $255M for clients across Ireland and the UK. Recognized as an expert in SMB funding, she has been featured in Forbes, Bloomberg, and The Sunday Times. While advising SMBs, Andrea uncovered major systemic flaws in the UK’s grant system and co-founded Swoop to improve funding allocation. Ciaran earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics and social studies from Trinity College Dublin before starting his career at KPMG. He later joined Accenture, advising global brands like Oakley, Vodafone, and Intersport on marketing and brand strategy. This experience led him to create Hiive in 2013, a community-driven professional network for creatives. After successfully exiting the company, Ciaran met Andrea and was drawn to her vision for Swoop. His expertise in operations complemented Andrea’s deep knowledge of SMB financing, making them a strong team to tackle the challenges of business funding.
Yes4All
Entrepreneur: My Nguyen
Endeavor Office: Vietnam
What they do: Founded in 2009, Yes4All is a leading e-commerce company specializing in heavy and bulky items across sporting goods, furniture, and garden categories. The company sells its products primarily through Amazon, as well as Wayfair and Walmart. While e-commerce companies have historically focused on small, lightweight products, Yes4All has embraced the more challenging segment of large, heavy items and built 15 years of specialized expertise. The company leverages its lower overhead costs, economies of scale, internal product design capabilities, platform partnerships, and logistics expertise to deliver high-quality products at competitive prices.
Who they are: Mỹ Nguyen, CEO of Yes4All, began his journey in rural Vietnam, where he studied Civil Engineering at Bach Khoa University before dropping out to run a computer shop. After immigrating to the US in 1995, he started over as a kitchen helper and briefly found success as a million-dollar day trader until losing everything after 9/11. Undeterred, he worked at Viking Components while earning his Business Administration degree, then spent over a decade at Kingston Technology. During this time, he launched two digital ventures: Yes4Student.com and Yes4Movies.com. While working on a last-mile delivery project at Kingston, he saw an opportunity to redesign a pull-up bar to fit a flat-rate box, reducing shipping costs from $35 to under $6. After patenting the design and partnering with a Chinese manufacturer, he listed the product on eBay. It quickly became the #1 selling pull-up bar, with over 50 units sold per day. Recognizing the potential for a larger business, he founded Yes4All in December 2009 from a mobile home in California before returning to Vietnam to build his business.
From microlearning solutions to eSIM connectivity to financial empowerment, this month’s new companies embody the diverse, yet consistently high-impact businesses that continue to join Endeavor’s community.
