Introducing The First Endeavor Entrepreneurs of 2026

This month, Endeavor selected four entrepreneurs leading four companies during our January virtual International Selection Panels (ISP).

Each ISP is the culmination of a rigorous, multi-step selection process to identify high-impact entrepreneurs from all over the world. We seek founders with the greatest growth potential and those who commit to reinvesting time and resources into their local entrepreneurial ecosystems. By doing so, they help build the next generation of entrepreneurs, sparking a Multiplier Effect™. During the ISP, our panelists interviewed entrepreneurs about their businesses and evaluated their potential for high-impact growth. The panelists then discuss the candidates and vote on whether to select them to become Endeavor Entrepreneurs.

Biorce

Entrepreneur: Pedro Coelho
Endeavor Office: Portugal

What they do: Biorce is an AI-native platform for clinical trials, built to streamline protocol design, feasibility, and regulatory planning in one intuitive workspace. It helps clinical teams accelerate trial setup, reduce risk, and bring treatments to patients faster. It is built on top of a database of 560K clinical trials, which were analyzed and annotated by its in-house team of researchers and scientists. It saves weeks of work by generating draft protocol documents, while reducing the risk of costly protocol amendments by more than 50%.

Who they are: Pedro was building a contract research organization (CRO) that specialized in clinical trials for cancer treatments when his father got diagnosed with terminal cancer. He leveraged his network to enroll his father in a clinical trial that extended his life by ten months. This experience demonstrated how impactful clinical trials can be to terminally ill patients. However, it also showed him how the system was flawed and riddled with avoidable delays. Pedro was inspired to start Biorce to tackle this inefficiency. Prior to Biorce, Pedro started his career as a salesperson at a food and beverage manufacturer, before spending a decade working in the life sciences sector.

Fal

Entrepreneur: Gorkem Yurtseven
Endeavor Office: Türkiye

What they do: Fal provides developers and enterprises with access to over 600 leading models for image, video, and audio generation. Additionally, it provides fast, flexible, and scalable access to GPU capacity for training, fine-tuning, and running generative media models. Since launching in 2021, Fal has grown to serve enterprises such as Adobe, Canva, Shopify, Perplexity, and Quora, as well as over 2M developers.

Who they are: Gorkem and his co-founder, Burkay Gur, founded Fal to address the challenges in AI infrastructure they observed during their respective tenures at Amazon and Coinbase. Initially focused on data pipelines for large enterprises, the launch of Stable Diffusion proved pivotal for the company. The model was one of the most capable video models at the time, but it was incredibly slow. There was a waitlist of 3K people waiting to use it on certain platforms, and it took up to 20 seconds to get a response to a prompt. The Fal team spent weeks optimizing their infrastructure to run the model faster and more efficiently. This evolved into what Fal is today.

Revolut

Entrepreneur: Vlad Yatsenko
Endeavor Office: Endeavor London Global Hub & Endeavor Ukraine

What they do: Founded in 2014, Revolut is a global financial super app built to remove cost, friction, and fragmentation from everyday banking. The platform serves 70M customers worldwide, offering multi-currency accounts, payments, cards, investing, crypto, credit, and business financial services within a single, cloud-native app. Backed by leading global investors including Index Ventures, Balderton Capital, DST Global, TCV, SoftBank Vision Fund, and Tiger Global, Revolut was valued at $75B in 2025 and is building toward its ambition of becoming a truly global bank.

Who they are: Vlad is a British-Ukrainian technologist and the co-founder and CTO of Revolut. Raised in Ukraine, Vlad developed an early passion for programming despite limited access to technology, later earning a master’s degree in computer science from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. After building core banking and real-time financial systems across Europe –including roles at UBS, Deutsche Bank, and Credit Suisse – he co-founded Revolut in London with Nik Storonsky in 2014. Shaped by their shared experience as immigrants navigating a fragmented global financial system, Vlad and Nik set out to build a borderless, mobile-first financial platform. Today, Vlad leads the technology behind one of the world’s leading fintech companies and serves as a role model for globally ambitious founders.

Skyloom

Entrepreneur: Marcos Franceschini
Endeavor Office: Miami

What they do: Founded in 2017, Skyloom is a space technology company creating the building blocks for the next phase of the internet’s evolution: its expansion into space. As a trillion-dollar space economy emerges and satellite constellations multiply, Skyloom is developing the space-based equivalent of fiber-optic networks through Optical Communications Terminals (OCTs) that use lasers to transmit large volumes of data between satellites and from space to Earth. The company combines deep expertise in optical, telecommunications and space engineering with a highly industrialized manufacturing approach to deliver its products at scale for government and commercial customers worldwide while strengthening the US space industrial base.

Who they are: Marcos is an aerospace executive with over 20 years of experience driving technological and commercial innovation in the Space Industry. Prior to founding Skyloom, Marcos spent over a decade at INVAP, where he led engineering teams, managed complex satellite programs, and supported the company’s international space business development division. This experience provided the technical and managerial foundation for his transition from engineering to entrepreneurship.

From transforming clinical trials to removing friction from everyday banking, this month’s entrepreneurs reflect the bold ambition and global impact that define the Endeavor community.
