Each guest will receive the best available room rate at the time of the booking. Guests need to be prepared with the category they wish to book as well as their final dates, prior to reaching out to the Hotel. Endeavor Greece expects all participants to be fully vaccinated.

There are no forms required for passengers arriving to Greece. However, a simplified PLF form remains in operation in which its completion is OPTIONAL, for the sole purpose of enabling the traveler/family to issue an EU Certificate of negative or positive COVID-19 test result.

Travelers, who decide to fill out the simplified form, will receive the PLF with their unique Quick Response (QR) code via email (the QR code will be provided in a link in the email).

The PLF can also be found on the Visit Greece app and at travel.gov.gr. It is strongly recommended that all visitors download the Visit Greece app (GDPR compliant) for free, prior to their arrival in Greece.

Sun protection in July in Greece is crucial, whether that be hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. Keep in mind that the temperature can reach up to 35 degrees during the day time, dress accordingly.

It’s recommended to wear loose, light clothing and to bring comfortable shoes to walk on the cobblestone streets. Keep in mind that during our event, we have organized an excursion to the beach — bring swim apparel if swimming interests you.

Your ticket includes access to events throughout the Endeavor Worldwide Gathering. It covers meals, drinks, and transportation throughout July 14-15th.

If you are coming from the ISP at Costa Navarino, your transportation will be arranged.

Otherwise, the Endeavor Worldwide Gathering starts on Thursday, July 14, at our first event at the beach. The event starts at 12:00 PM. We suggest you arrive at the hotel earlier in order to unpack and get your bearings.

The Worldwide Gathering will conclude the evening of Friday July 15th with a Farewell gathering at night. If you will not be staying in Greece for longer, we recommend you leave the next day so you don’t miss out on our farewell networking drinks.

The gathering will be attended by Board Members, Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and Endeavor Staff, global investors, and high-level individuals that are looking to connect with one another in Athens.
