This month, Endeavor selected 23 entrepreneurs leading 12 companies during our 106th in-person International Selection Panel (ISP) in Singapore.
Each ISP is the culmination of a rigorous, multi-step selection process to identify high-impact entrepreneurs from all over the world. We seek founders with the greatest growth potential and those who commit to reinvesting time and resources into their local entrepreneurial ecosystems. By doing so, they help build the next generation of entrepreneurs, sparking a Multiplier Effect™. During the ISP, our panelists interviewed entrepreneurs about their businesses and evaluated their potential for high-impact growth. The panelists then discuss the candidates and vote on whether to select them to become Endeavor Entrepreneurs.

Advance Intelligence Group

Entrepreneur: Jefferson Chen
Endeavor Office: Singapore & Indonesia
What they do: Founded in 2016, Advance Intelligence Group runs two complementary businesses: ADVANCE.AI (B2B) and Atome Financial (B2C). ADVANCE.AI helps enterprises verify identities, prevent fraud, and assess risk, supporting fast and secure onboarding for more than 1,000 corporate clients across the region. Atome Financial uses this same data and risk infrastructure to offer buy now, pay later and other consumer credit products—such as cards in select markets, personal loans, and savings—serving tens of millions of users. Together, the two businesses reinforce each other: stronger identity and risk tools improve lending outcomes and more data strengthens enterprise products.
Who they are: Jefferson studied Computer Science at Tsinghua University and earned an MBA from Stanford. Before founding the company, he started his career at Goldman Sachs and later joined Farallon Capital Management, where he led private investing. He is also a Partner at GSR Ventures.
Entrepreneur spotlight – Why we’re excited:
Jefferson brings a rare combination of institutional investment knowledge and entrepreneurial vision to the Endeavor network. Having spent over a decade as a lead investor at firms like Farallon Capital and GSR Ventures, he identified a systemic “credit gap” in Southeast Asia—a region where a lack of formal financial history has long left millions of individuals and small businesses underserved by traditional institutions.
Since founding Advance Intelligence Group in 2016, Jefferson has transformed this insight into a regional powerhouse that now serves over 53M users. Beyond the company’s scale, what impressed our selection panel most was Jefferson himself. Despite his success, he is incredibly humble and remained remarkably open to feedback throughout the process. He isn’t just looking to grow a business; he is genuinely seeking mentorship and new ideas as he navigates his own leadership journey. This combination of deep experience and a “day one” mindset makes him a perfect fit for the Endeavor community.
We are thrilled to have him on board, not just for what he has built, but for his commitment to paying his success forward to the next generation of founders across the region.

Aleena

Entrepreneur: Ghaida Alatiwy
Endeavor Office: Saudi Arabia
What they do: Founded in 2023 in Riyadh, Aleena is a digital native womenswear brand built for the region. The company positions itself as an “accessible luxury” brand for women aged 25–45, offering flattering silhouettes, premium fabrics, and consistent quality. Aleena was founded with the belief that Saudi women should not have to compromise between cultural relevance and international standards of design and service.
Who they are: Ghaida is the founder and CEO of Aleena. She founded her first company at 17, working with overseas suppliers to develop an improved solution for portable bidets. She ultimately secured a patent and sold over 500,000 units. This experience shaped her operator mindset and laid the foundation for how she built Aleena. After graduating from King Saud University with a bachelor’s in marketing, she experienced the disconnect between international fashion brands and the realities of local life: imported brands often suffered from poor fabric choice, fit, and climate suitability, while local brands lacked the seamless e-commerce, delivery, and returns experience that modern consumers expect. This realization inspired her to create Aleena.
Axis

Entrepreneurs: Jacques Marco and Ahmed Ragab
Endeavor Office: Egypt
What they do: Founded in 2021 and launched in 2023, Axis is a fintech company that provides unbanked and underbanked Egyptians with an open-loop mobile wallet. The Axis Wallet offers a streamlined user experience, 24/7 customer support, and free instant peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers. Users can also deposit and withdraw cash, pay bills, make online or offline purchases, and more. The Axis Wallet has been downloaded by over 700,000 users, and Axis processes over 20 million transactions per month.
Who they are: Axis’s co-founders, Jacques (CEO) and Ahmed (CTO), met while working at Raseedy, Jacques’s first startup. Jacques brings deep experience in the fintech sector, complemented by Ahmed’s technical expertise. Jacques co-founded Raseedy, Egypt’s first Central Bank of Egypt licensed non-bank non-telco mobile wallet, in 2018. Ahmed joined the team as VP of Engineering in 2019. In 2020, Raseedy was acquired by Egyptian fintech unicorn MNT Halan (Endeavor Entrepreneur), and the product was rebranded as Halan Cash. Building off their success with Raseedy, the founders teamed up once again to co-found Axis with the vision to build accessible financial services for all Egyptians.
HoneyCoin

Entrepreneur: David Nandwa
Endeavor Office: Kenya
What they do: Founded in 2020 in Nairobi, Kenya, HoneyCoin is a global payments infrastructure company built on stablecoin rails. It provides collections, disbursements, treasury management, digital wallets, and FX conversion to enable faster, cheaper, and more transparent cross-border and domestic payments, with an initial focus on Africa. HoneyCoin serves B2B clients across 38 markets and aims to build the “operating system for money” on the African continent.
Who they are: David is the founder and CEO/CTO of HoneyCoin and a self-taught engineer. Raised in Nairobi, he began building apps and digital products as a teenager. The idea for HoneyCoin emerged from a personal setback: while freelancing at 19, a $5,000 PayPal payment was frozen for months due to his location in Kenya, exposing the barriers African professionals face in global finance. To understand the problem at scale, David joined Flutterwave, where he helped build payment integrations across the continent—sharpening his mission to make financial transactions in Africa more accessible.
iKame Global

Entrepreneur: Quyet Nguyen
Endeavor Office: Vietnam
What they do: Founded in 2014, iKame Global is a Vietnamese app developer. The company operates over 80 apps with over 3 billion cumulative downloads and more than 100 million monthly active users. iKame develops both casual games such as Screwdom, Car Race 3D (200M+ downloads) and business/productivity apps such as Cast for Chromecast and a Universal TV Remote (both with 40M+ downloads). The company is fully bootstrapped to date.
Who they are: Quyet graduated with an engineering degree from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2010. Immediately after graduating, he joined FPT Software, a digital transformation and IT consultancy where he was quickly promoted to lead a new business line focusing on mobile apps and gaming companies. In 2014, Quyet created a mobile app that gained 2,000 users within the first month. While the success of this game was limited, Quyet was struck by the fact that its users came from all around the world. Believing that mobile apps were the most effective way for Vietnamese entrepreneurs to reach a global audience, Quyet founded iKame Global later that year.
Entrepreneur spotlight – Why we’re excited:
Quyet brings a remarkable level of operational efficiency and resilience to the Endeavor network. After being founded in 2014, the company nearly went bankrupt in 2019 after its initial apps were removed from the Google Play Store. While many entrepreneurs would have packed their bags and gone home, Quyet rebuilt iKame nearly from scratch with a renewed focus on efficiency and velocity – reestablishing the business through a suite of hyper casual games.
Since 2022, Quyet and his team have pulled off a difficult transition that many game studios aim for but few execute: moving from hyper-casual titles monetized primarily through in-app advertising to hybrid puzzle games driven by in-app purchases. iKame’s success is a powerful example of a company that, rather than rest on its laurels, continues to innovate as it approaches its second decade of operations.
Even as he continues his own entrepreneurial journey, Quyet is already “paying it forward” as chair of the Vietnam Game Developers Association, teaching and mentoring the next generation of developers.
Quyet is a prime example of the incredible entrepreneurial talent in Vietnam, and we are thrilled to support him on his journey to building one of the largest mobile game developers in the world.

Luis worked at various startups across quick commerce and logistics tech, eventually co-founding Ropeo, a no-code enterprise SaaS. Entrepreneurs: Mego Salbashian, Khaled Rayyan, and Aren Salbashian
Endeavor Office: Jordan
What they do: Founded in 2019, Qahwa BLK is a Jordanian coffee-retail company delivering specialty-grade coffee at the speed and price point of traditional street vendors, and an experience that has soul. The company leverages a minimalist aesthetic and culturally resonant identity to offer an accessible premium experience for Gen Z and the fast moving generation. Qahwa BLK currently has over 31 branches across Jordan with international expansion beginning through franchise agreements in Iraq and Lebanon.
Who they are: In 2019, Mego (CEO) met Khaled (Product) for a cup of coffee that cost $6 and wasn’t good. This sparked a conversation between the two and turned into an idea, a signed lease, an equipment order, and a brand name all in the same night. Soon after, Aren (People and Marketing) joined the founding team of Qahwa BLK. Prior to Qahwa, Mego spent over 15 years in FMCG, leading the distribution arm of his family’s business, and co-founded a health-tech startup. Khaled spent a decade in Toronto, selling coffee door-to-door, working at specialty roasters, and getting a master’s in digital media from Ryerson. After ten years in Canada, he moved to Riyadh to build a cold brew business, which he scaled to profitability and eventually sold back to investors. Aren was also in the FMCG industry and managed large-scale retail execution across over 6,500 outlets in Jordan and led teams of more than 50 merchandisers.

He founded Respond.io in 2017 to help companies reach users more effectively in a mobile-first world.

Entrepreneur: Melvin Chee

These experiences gave him early exposure to performance marketing, online retail, and venture-backed startup environments.
ShopBack

Entrepreneurs: Henry Chan, Joel Leong, Shanru Lai, Josephine Chow, and Justin Lee
Endeavor Office: Indonesia
What they do: Founded in 2014, ShopBack is APAC’s leading shopping rewards platform. Its core business is an affiliate-based cashback service that aggregates shoppers and redirects them to partner storefronts. Since its inception, ShopBack has earned over $780 million in cashback for over 60 million shoppers.

Drawing on their experience leading regional partnerships at Zalora, they set out to build a better solution and soon brought on Shanru Lai, Josephine Chow, and Justin Lee to complete their founding team. Today, Henry serves as CEO, leading the company’s strategy and execution across markets, while Joel oversees global commercial performance and merchant growth. Justin, as Chief Product Officer, leads product, engineering, and data, Josephine drives international expansion, including ShopBack’s entry into North America, and Shanru manages key accounts for ShopBack Pay.

It was at Deimos Imaging where Álvaro and Fabrizio met, when Álvaro joined the company as CFO in 2015. Prior to joining Deimos Imaging, Álvaro spent 15+ years in finance and audit roles at Fidelity Investments and professional services firms including PwC and Deloitte. After decades working in the sector, the founding team set out to build a fundamentally different Earth observation company for the AI era.
From stablecoin-powered payments in Africa to AI-ready Earth data in Europe and consumer platforms across Asia and the Middle East, these founders are proving world-class innovation is built from everywhere. We looking forward to helping them scale up, achieve their goals, and pay it forward to the next generation of entrepreneurs.
