This year Endeavor partnered with INSEAD’s Singapore campus for the first time to launch the “Leaders at Scale” program, crafted specially for Endeavor Entrepreneurs who are at a critical inflection point in their journey as leaders, facing new challenges for themselves and their organizational cultures.

The program, held August 18-22, focused on the challenges Endeavor Entrepreneurs encounter as they expand and internationalize, and examined how to evolve the culture of their organization, foster high-performing teams and advance their own personal leadership.

Participants of Endeavor’s inaugural executive education program at INSEAD in Singapore.

The program at INSEAD was one of three Endeavor executive education programs tailored to scaling companies and leadership held throughout the month of August. Programs were also held at Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB), and Harvard Business School, which have hosted Endeavor Entrepreneurs for the executive education modules annually. Together, the programs convened 150 Endeavor Entrepreneurs from nearly 30 markets for week-long courses.

“I’m still reflecting on the learning, sharing, and feedback received,” wrote Endeavor Entrepreneur Carlotta Cattaneo of Codemotion on LinkedIn after returning from INSEAD. “Leading people is the most difficult job ever, and it’s surprising to realize how similar our challenges are, even if we have different businesses, at different stages of maturity, backgrounds, culture, we are from different countries. It was a very inspiring week.”

Participants at Endeavor’s Stanford program, held August 18-23, attended lessons led by Stanford GSB faculty geared toward driving innovation and building leading companies in a competitive global marketplace. Attendees learned to develop strategies to drive innovation and how to build more effective relationships with partners and customers, and gained an inside look at the best practices of Silicon Valley entrepreneurs and VCs.

One of Endeavor’s longest-running executive education initiatives, Harvard Business School’s “Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures” program, held August 25-30, exposed Endeavor Entrepreneurs to interactive HBS faculty-led classes around themes of strategy, sales and marketing, leadership, and finance. Participants left with enhanced skills in a variety of areas,  including assessing growth opportunities, serving as an effective leader, and acquiring new customers.

Endeavor’s Executive Education programs not only give Endeavor Entrepreneurs access to specially designed courses led by faculty from some of the world’s top business schools, but also a chance to come together with their peers across different markets and industries to learn from each other and share common challenges.

“Over the past few days, I have had the privilege of sharing an incredible experience with truly inspiring people,” Carlos Ferrando, CEO of Spanish company Closca, wrote on LinkedIn about his experience at Stanford. “[I’m] super convinced that the future will be created by some of the entrepreneurs with whom I have been fortunate to share this week of learning.”

Executive Education programs are a key part of Endeavor’s demand-driven services designed to turbocharge our entrepreneurs’ individual scale-up journeys.
