Harvard:
Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures
Experience Harvard Business School’s historic campus in Boston, Massachusetts, and dive into an engaging curriculum led by Professor William R. Kerr. Through dynamic case discussions, interactive lectures, and collaborative group work, participants gain insights into growth strategies, leadership, and customer acquisition that can be immediately applied to their businesses. After the program, Endeavor Entrepreneurs have unlocked new growth opportunities, from business pivots to customer expansion and innovative product development strategies.
Executive Education Program for Key Leadership
Running in parallel with the Entrepreneur program, this exclusive initiative is tailored for C-suite executives and senior strategic team leaders from fast-growing Endeavor companies. Acknowledging the distinctive challenges Key Leaders face, this program offers a unique opportunity to be part of a class of peers. Leveraging Harvard Business School’s academic excellence and Endeavor’s unparalleled network, participants in this program explore proven scaling strategies while building lasting relationships with other Key Leaders and top business advisors.
This course is for you if you are an Endeavor Entrepreneur or an executive at your company and want to acquire knowledge and expertise on how global leaders worldwide have effectively scaled their businesses and their teams.

Stanford:
Leadership, Innovation & Growth
Leveraging the expertise of Stanford GSB’s faculty and network, this intensive week-long program empowers Endeavor Entrepreneurs to lead with innovation and build outstanding companies in today’s competitive global market. Condensed from a six-month curriculum, Professor George Foster covers entrepreneurial leadership frameworks, collaborative decision-making, corporate innovation, competitive pricing, and persuasive communication. This program exposes participants to the most insightful leadership strategies and a strong network of peers and advisors. Past participants have advanced their executive presence, built long-term relationships, incorporated high-growth frameworks, and improved collaboration within their organizations.
Executive Education Program for Key Leadership
In 2025, the Stanford program will also be open to Key Leadership of Endeavor companies! C-suite executives and other senior leaders from fast-growing Endeavor companies will have the exceptional opportunity to join a cohort of emerging market founders and operators. They’ll learn from world-class professors, expand their networks, and engage with Endeavor Entrepreneurs and investors through thoughtfully curated social events.
This course is for you if you want to gain practical tools to uplevel your leadership capabilities and to innovate your company, products, and business models from the heart of Silicon Valley.
