How does the matching process work?

Learn about the eMBA matching process.

1. Explore

Learn about our EEs, global presence and industry verticals.
Familiarize yourself with the program by attending on-campus or virtual coffee chats and information sessions or reach out to us directly at [email protected].
Explore our open projects here — projects are uploaded on a weekly basis.

2. Apply

Submit your application making sure to include a specific project/company if you have a preference

We will do our best to match you based on your preference but please be aware that once you submit an application any EE can reach out to you if they believe your profile to be a good fit for their project.

3. Match

An Endeavor Staff member will contact you if there is a match between your profile and an EE project
Interviews will be used to determine (a) if the candidate is a good fit for the project and the company and (b) if the project matches the candidate’s interests and skills — this is a two-way street!
Selected candidates will receive an Offer Letter detailing the project scope, the timeline of the internship, and compensation

How are Fellows compensated?

Compensation for the Fellowship is negotiated directly between the Endeavor Entrepreneur and the Fellow. Typically, Endeavor Entrepreneurs cover all costs to the Fellow: airfare, lodging, and a living stipend. If you’re unsure of what amount is appropriate for a living stipend, don’t worry! Endeavor is here to guide you through the process and will provide suggestions and historical data to inform you and the EE.

How can students learn more?

Endeavor hosts virtual or in-person presentations at many partner universities, check out your school’s career portal to find our when Endeavor is presenting at your campus.
