Outliers is not a regular business retreat, nor a conference. It’s a pause with purpose—space to step back, reconnect with peers, and return with greater clarity for what comes next.

Registration
Registration closes April 10th, though space is limited due to venue capacity. We encourage you to register early to confirm your spot.
To maintain an intimate group, attendance is limited to two Endeavor Entrepreneurs per company. For teams with multiple co-founders, we recommend the CEO attend, as the retreat is designed around peer discussion at the leadership level.

Who attends the retreat?
This is an invite-only event designed exclusively for the 2026 Class of Outliers. Outliers are Endeavor Entrepreneurs who (a) are currently leading the most successful growth-stage companies (top 10% of portfolio), or (b) have meaningfully exited their business and now serve as role models and mentors to the next generation of entrepreneurs. In order to keep the gathering intimate, we have a capacity of 2 people per company. For companies with multiple co-founders, we highly recommend that the CEO attend since they will find the most value in this peer group.
Where is the gathering being held?
The gathering will be held at Sublime Comporta, a boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Portugal’s stunning Alentejo region, approximately one hour from Lisbon. Nestled on a stunning 17-hectare estate, surrounded by umbrella pines and cork trees, wild sand dunes, stunning rice fields and over 60km of pristine, white-sand beaches, Sublime Comporta features stylish accommodations, an expansive spa, and world-class dining. With its tranquil atmosphere and modern amenities, Sublime Comporta provides the perfect setting for relaxation and reflection.
What does my retreat ticket include?
The ticket includes all meals, beverages, transportation, three nights of accommodation, one excursion and access to all of Sublime Comporta’s amenities.
Can I bring my family?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the event we’re unable to accommodate family members.
When should I plan to arrive and depart?
The event will kick off at 11am on Thursday, May 14th in Lisbon with a welcome lunch and fireside chat at the Unicorn Factory. We will then provide transportation to Sublime Comporta, approximately one hour south of Lisbon. We will return to Lisbon (with a drop off at the airport and city center) around 12pm on Sunday, May 17th.
What should I wear and pack?
Dress code is casual. In mid-May, the average temperature in Comporta is around 23°C (73°F), with highs reaching around 25°C (77°F) and lows around 14°C (57°F) in the evenings. Please be sure to pack the appropriate athletic attire/shoes for whichever excursion you signed up for as well as a warm jacket for the evenings since we’ll be spending time outdoors.
What is the refund policy?
Your ticket is fully refundable less payment processing fees until February 28, 2026. From March 1, 2026 through March 14, 2026, your ticket will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee less payment processing fees. After March 14, 2026, your ticket will be subject to the full registration amount. Please contact the events team at [email protected] to request a refund.
When is the deadline to register?
The deadline to register is April 10th. However, spots for this highly-curated, invite-only event are limited due to venue capacity so register ASAP to secure your spot!
Will I need a visa?

For participants who require a pre-arranged visa, please allow 3-4 weeks to prepare. Endeavor can help issue invitation letters when needed. To request one, please email [email protected] with the subject title: “Visa Needed for [First name, Last Name]”. In the body, please share: 1) your full name, 2) company name, and 3) an attachment with a copy of your passport. You will need a minimum of 6 months of validity on your passport.
