ENDEAVOR SELECTION TEAM

This month, Endeavor selected four entrepreneurs leading two companies at our 49th virtual International Selection Panel (ISP) held on January 16, 2025. The organization now supports 2,677 entrepreneurs leading 1,634 companies in 45+ countries around the world.

Each ISP is the culmination of a rigorous, multi-step selection process to identify high-impact entrepreneurs from all over the world. We seek founders with the greatest growth potential and commitment to reinvesting time and resources into their local entrepreneurial ecosystems to help build the next generation of entrepreneurs, sparking what we call a Multiplier Effect™. During the ISP, our panelists interview entrepreneurs about their businesses and evaluated their potential for high-impact growth. The panelists then discuss the candidates and vote on whether to select them to become Endeavor Entrepreneurs.

Azos

Entrepreneurs: Rafael Cló, Renato Farias, and Bernardo Ribeiro
Endeavor Office: Brazil

What they do: Founded in 2020, Azos is a digitally native MGA (Managing General Agent) transforming the life insurance landscape in Brazil. The company has found product-market fit as a platform for insurance brokers who use it to sell and manage policies, while Azos handles everything from underwriting to claims processing. Azos provides insurance products independent of legacy processes and systems, allowing them to issue policies in less than a day with personalized coverage starting at $1 per month. The company has raised funds from top financial and strategic partners, including Kaszek, Prosus, and Munich Re, the world’s largest reinsurer.

Who they are: Azos’s three co-founders, all from Brazil, bring a wealth of experience to the company. Rafael Cló (CEO), with a bachelor’s in industrial engineering from the University of Minas Gerais and an MBA from Stanford, previously worked as a VC Analyst at Confrapar, a Management Consultant at Falconi, and Head of Retail Analytics at Kraft Heinz in the US. His frustrating experience canceling his Brazilian life insurance policy during his MBA inspired him to found Azos alongside his school friend Bernardo Ribeiro and MBA classmate Renato Farias. Bernardo (CMO) earned a bachelor’s in engineering from the University of Minas Gerais and gained experience as an Operations Supervisor at DHL, leading pricing and analytics at Burger King, and serving as CMO at Woba (Endeavor Entrepreneur). He also founded and successfully exited Zuli, an “Airbnb for parking spaces.” Renato (COO) graduated in business from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and earned an MBA from Stanford. He began his career as a Private Equity Analyst at TreeCorp, founded Bloom, Brazil’s first flower arrangement subscription business, worked as a VC Associate at DGF, and joined DogHero as Head of Latam, before joining Rafael and Bernardo to start Azos.

GoPass

Entrepreneur: Jorge Miguel Camacho
Endeavor Office: Colombia

What they do: Founded in 2019, GoPass is a mobility ecosystem that simplifies payments and access to services in Latin America. Using a simple vehicle tag, GoPass enables cashless transactions for tolls, parking, fuel, and more. Its accompanying app helps drivers manage compliance needs—such as mandatory insurance and annual inspections—and provides access to additional mobility products and services through trusted partners. GoPass has over 400,000 monthly active users, partnerships with 900+ establishments nationwide, and has raised a total of $17 million across two rounds, including a $15 million Series A led by Kaszek in 2023.

Who they are: Jorge Miguel Camacho began his career as a Financial Analyst at Aerobrokers, a commercial representation company in the aviation sector serving major manufacturers across Latin America. By 24, he became the CFO, playing a key role in driving the company’s rapid growth. In 2014, he left Aerobrokers to join a local family office as CEO, overseeing investments across various sectors, including retail, oil and gas, and real estate. Two years later, he co-founded Novus Group with his childhood best friend and future GoPass co-founder, Felipe Samper. While at Novus Group, Jorge identified significant challenges with mobility payments and services across Spanish-speaking Latin America, inspiring him to found GoPass, which he later spun out of Novus Group.

From transforming life insurance in Brazil to simplifying mobility payments across Latin America this month’s new companies embody the diverse, yet consistently high-impact businesses that continue to join Endeavor’s community.

Stay tuned for next month’s batch of high-impact entrepreneurs and change-makers.
