We are thrilled to announce the 1st Entrepreneur Experience Worldwide Staff Retreat! Organized by Endeavor Global and hosted by Endeavor Spain, this retreat will be a unique and important opportunity to connect with EX peers from the 41 markets Endeavor operates to unlock the potential of One Endeavor!
We will learn from one another, discuss key challenges we face in selecting and servicing our entrepreneurs, and align on strategic projects we will deliver together in 2023! Are you ready to build the future of Endeavor?
THE RETREAT
Who should attend?
This retreat was designed for the most experienced EX staff, responsible for Search & Selection and/or Entrepreneur Services, as a forum to share best practices and contribute to designing Endeavor’s future core offerings. We will count on the collective expertise of our worldwide EX staff to engage in deep and productive conversations.
There will be other important moments to onboard, train, and get to know our worldwide colleagues, such as Regional Retreats and ISP gatherings, where all our staff will be welcomed. But for this retreat, we are limiting participation to up to 2 attendees per office*.
*Offices with less than 3 employees: MDs are welcome to represent their offices if there is no clear Ex lead on the team yet
The staff nominated by the MDs to join this retreat will be representing their offices and will engage in projects after the gathering and share back all the learnings and next steps with their teammates. Anyone joining the retreat is agreeing to 7h of prep work before the retreat, as well as a year-long commitment to the projects we will kick off at the retreat.

What are the Next Steps?
We ask that all MDs nominate the staff representing their offices by December 2nd by filling out this Nomination form. Endeavor Global will be responsible for confirming the nominations and allocating people to peer groups.
All confirmed attendees will receive a registration form (personal information + payment link) and a survey about their office’s challenges and opportunities. This information will help us refine the retreat’s agenda, and a final agenda will be shared with all participants in early February.
