Join us as for the 7th Annual Outliers Retreat on June 21-23, 2024 at 1440 Multiversity, a 75-acre luxury retreat nestled in a redwood forest just south of Silicon Valley. Please Note: The Retreat will kick off on Friday, June 21st at 9:00am and conclude on Sunday, June 23rd around 5pm, with pick up and drop off in San Francisco (Bain & Company, 415 Mission St Suite 4800, San Francisco) and an additional drop off at SFO Airport on Sunday. We will provide transportation to/from the venue in Scotts Valley (see details in the agenda and FAQ below).

Register by May 31st to secure your spot. In order to keep the gathering intimate, we have a capacity of 2 people per company. For companies with multiple co-founders, we highly recommend that the CEO attends since they will find the most value in this peer group.

Who attends the retreat?
This is an invite-only event designed exclusively for the 2024 Class of Outliers. Outliers are Endeavor Entrepreneurs who (a) currently leading the most successful growth-stage companies (top 10% of portfolio), or (b) have meaningfully exited their business and now serve as role models and mentors to the next generation of entrepreneurs. In order to keep the gathering intimate, we have a capacity of 2 people per company. For companies with multiple co-founders, we highly recommend that the CEO attends since they will find the most value in this peer group.
Where is the gathering being held?
The gathering will be held at the 1440 Multiversity Campus, a 75-acre luxury retreat in the redwoods of Scotts Valley, located just south of Silicon Valley. The campus offers cozy accommodations, miles of redwood trails, a Fitness Center & Spa, a 250-square-foot infinity hot tub, freshly prepared meals served at Kitchen Table, and daily classes (e.g. fitness, yoga, meditation). Transportation will be provided to/from San Francisco and 1440, with an additional drop off at SFO Airport on Sunday.
What does my retreat ticket include?
The ticket includes all meals, beverages, transportation, two nights of accommodation, one excursion (e.g. surfing, sailing, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking) and access to all the 1440 amenities outlined above.
Can I bring my family?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the event we’re unable to accommodate family members.
When should I plan to arrive and depart?
The event will kick off at 9am on Friday, June 21st in San Francisco with a welcome breakfast and fireside chat at Bain & Company (415 Mission St Suite 4800, San Francisco, CA 94105). We will then provide transportation to/from 1440 Multiversity in Scotts Valley (approx. 90 mins south of SF). We will return to to the same location in San Francisco (with a drop off at SFO airport) between 4-5pm on Sunday, June 23rd.
What should I wear and pack?
Dress code is casual. Average temperatures in June will be comfortably warm reaching an average high of 22°C/72°F during the day and drop to 12°C/ 55°F in the evenings. Please be sure to pack the appropriate athletic attire/shoes for whichever excursion you signed up for (i.e. surfing, sailing, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking) as well as a warm jacket for the evenings since we’ll be hanging out outdoors. 1440 has an infinity edge hot tub, so bring your swimsuit!
What is the refund policy?
Cancellations made before May 17th will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after May 17th will be subject to the full registration amount.
When is the deadline to register?
The deadline to register is May 31st. However, spots for this highly-curated, invite-only event are limited, so register asap to secure your spot!
