Margarita Chavez is a global leader in financial strategy, systems innovation, and organizational scale across mission-driven enterprises. With more than two decades of experience spanning global NGOs and top-tier consultancies, she is known for her ability to lead through complexity and build resilient, high-performing teams.
As Chief Financial Officer at Endeavor, Margarita oversees the organization’s global finance, systems, and data infrastructure, ensuring long-term sustainability and operational excellence across more than 45 countries. Since joining Endeavor, she has played a transformative role in modernizing its internal platforms and strengthening the foundational infrastructure that supports its global network of high-impact entrepreneurs.
Margarita’s career includes leadership roles at organizations such as UNICEF and Accenture, where she developed and implemented systems to help organizations scale while staying true to their core mission. Her approach combines multicultural fluency, systems thinking, and a deep commitment to social impact.
She holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and an MBA from IESA in Caracas. A global citizen at heart, Margarita currently resides in New York and brings a cross-sectoral perspective to her work advancing entrepreneurship worldwide.
