Linda Rottenberg is one of the world’s premier voices on global entrepreneurship and venture capital, and global business transformation. CEO & Co-founder of Endeavor, Rottenberg helms the leading Global Network of Trust of, by, and for entrepreneurs in nearly 50 countries. Endeavor selects, mentors, and invests in founders who dream big, scale fast, and pay their success forward.
Rottenberg also co-leads Endeavor Catalyst, the global investment fund of Endeavor, with $540M in AUM. The fund has invested in over 350 Endeavor companies, with 27 exits and 61 “Unicorn” companies valued at over $1B+. The fund pioneered a 50/50 fund returns model, whereby Endeavor’s non-profit arm owns the GP of the Endeavor Catalyst Fund.
Rottenberg serves on several public company boards: (NYSE: GLOB; Lead Independent Director, (NYSE: OLO), and (NYSE: SPARC). She is vice-chair of Yale President’s Council on International Activities and joined the inaugural advisory board of Yale Ventures.
Author of CRAZY IS A COMPLIMENT, a New York Times bestseller, Rottenberg has been the subject of five Harvard Business School case studies and one Stanford GSB case study. Honors include: Silicon Valley Forum Visionary Award; Yale Law School Award of Merit; Babson College Honorary Doctorate; Heinz Award for Technology, Economy & Employment; World Economic Forum “Global Leader for Tomorrow” and “Young Global Leader”.
A graduate of Harvard College and Yale Law School, Rottenberg lives in Brooklyn with her husband, author Bruce Feiler; their identical twin daughters attend Yale College.
