Join your fellow Managing Directors for an exclusive 3-day retreat at Villa Gallarati Scotti, a stunning private estate just outside Milan, Italy.

Designed for MDs to have more dedicated time together, the retreat runs from October 4-7, 2026, and is focused on deepening relationships, exchanging ideas, and building the kind of community that only comes from real time spent together.

What’s included in your ticket?

• Transfer from Milan to the venue on Sunday, October 4
• Accommodation at Villa Gallarati Scotti from Sunday evening to Wednesday morning
• All meals throughout the retreat
• Transfer back to Milan or onward to Turin on Wednesday, October 7

Not included: flights, airport transfers, and any hotel nights outside the retreat dates.

Since you’ll already be in Italy, consider extending to Turin for Wave by Vento, one of Europe’s leading tech gatherings. Linda will be speaking on the afternoon of Wednesday, October 7, and we have already secured tickets. That same evening, Endeavor Italy celebrates its 10th anniversary with 200+ community members.
