In her previous life, Silvia served as North America Head of Brand Experience at Publicis Sapient, where she led a cross-functional team designing experiences at the intersection of culture, people, and technology. She held leadership roles at BBDO, JWT, and McCann NY, shaping iconic brands including Mastercard, Samsung, Dunkin’, WeWork, and Rakuten. Earlier in her career, she was a management consultant at Deloitte and went on to co-found several startups — including ViS, a business intelligence platform acquired by IQVIA in 2015.

Her work has been recognized by the Effies, Webbys, Shorty, Midas, Stevie, and EMMA awards, and includes award-winning campaigns for Dove, AXE, MGM, and Save the Food. She was selected as a top-performing executive in Publicis Groupe’s Global Senior Leadership Lab.

A Brazilian New Yorker with an MBA from Boston University and postgraduate studies at Harvard, Silvia is a sought-after speaker on strategic storytelling, mental health in entrepreneurship, and the art of behavior-shifting narratives. She’s known for her blend of strategy and soul — always aiming to provoke, connect, and inspire action. Often described as a “provoca-doer” and “stubborn optimist,” she wears both as badges of pride and purpose.
