In collaboration with Endeavor, this program draws from Stanford GSB’s faculty and network to help Endeavor Entrepreneurs drive innovation and build leading companies in a competitive global marketplace. The curriculum has included sessions in: design thinking, partnership strategies, entering new markets, and leading innovation. The course follows a mix of case studies, interactive lectures, and learning groups.

Curriculum Overview

The Stanford-Endeavor Innovation and Growth Program is taught by the same renowned GSB faculty who teach in the MBA program. The curriculum for this program has included sessions on the following subject areas:

Participants in this program can expect to:

  • Develop strategies to drive innovation within their organizations.
  • Learn how to develop more effective relationships with partners and customers.

Executive Education Programs for Key Leadership

In 2025, this program will consider up to two nominated key leaders of Endeavor companies to join the ranks of some of the most exceptional operators and entrepreneurs globally. While at Stanford, executives of Endeavor companies can expect to gain practical tools to uplevel their leadership capabilities and to innovate their company, products, and business models from the heart of Silicon Valley.

Faculty Director

George Foster, the Konosuke Matsushita Professor of Management, at Stanford Graduate School of Business, conducts research on the management of new enterprises, the globalization strategies of growing companies, and the performance of venture-backed entrepreneurial companies.
