2023 Worldwide Marketing Retreat

Our agenda offers 10+ hours of strategic alignment with the Global MarComm team, Global Leadership team and EX, Insight, Catalyst, and People, in addition to your regional cohort. Launching our first global brand campaign will be the first step toward a new era of content, digital strategy, and brand positioning for Endeavor – and we’re excited to align the execution of our vision.

We’ll focus on content creation and distribution, providing guidelines to localize our global content strategy as well as leveraging cross-office experiences. Hear from your peers to gain new perspectives on events, PR, digital, and community management, and explore marketing territories through the Endeavor lens. Come back home with a notebook full of new references to take your local strategy to the next level.

Connect over challenges and best practices, get inspired by your peers, and foster new partnerships that you can bring back to your local office. You’ll realize you have a team of 100 to rely on. Share ideas and new experiences with people from the other side of the planet to understand the real meaning of #OneEndeavor.

The retreat will begin formally Monday, May 15th at 9:00 a.m. and run through Wednesday, May 17th at 2:00 p.m. We will have a closing activity on Wednesday after 2:00 p.m.

Additionally, we will have a fun, work-free, day of team bonding on Sunday, May 14th, before the start of the retreat (optional, but recommended to come hang out and get to know your peers from around the world!).

Please take this schedule into account when planning your travel. We recommend you arrive no later than Saturday evening if you plan to attend the pre-retreat activity. Please plan to leave no sooner than Wednesday evening.

A fee of $700 USD will be charged to cover the event’s basic costs, such as food, transportation, and infrastructure. Local offices are also responsible for paying their staff member’s airfare, lodging, and ground transportation outside the retreat schedule.

Registration fees can be paid no later than April 15th, 2023.

Based on the RSVP response, Endeavor Greece will secure a block of rooms in Athens. Single rooms will cost no more than $150 USD per night. If you plan on sharing a room with a peer, please indicate that on the RSVP sheet. We will share more details soon.
