Clevva is a Cape Town-based business founded by Ryan Falkenberg,(co-founder and ex-MD of Hi-Performance Learning, Endeavor Entrepreneur), Dayne Falkenberg (co-founder and ex-MD of Cuda Technologies, President of Entrepreneurs Organisation, Western Cape), and Mark Pedersen (founder and ex-MD of Base10 Technology).
Clevva is dedicated to helping organizations capture their expertise in ways that can enable undertrained and/or inexperienced people perform like experts. Staff can now successfully tackle a wider range of activities with limited training and support, while clients can be assured of the same advice and service efficiency, whether they choose to engage via the website, retail offices, mobile support staff or the contact centre.

In addition to mentorship by a board member and several VCs, Ryan participated in a global Entrepreneur Summit.
An enthusiastic Endeavor ambassador, Ryan has participated in and hosted many Endeavor events and served as an ISP panelist.
