With 30 years of experience, Léony and Bertrand founded Lavandas de las Sierras, an innovative agribusiness company that produces organic herbs in a fully vertically integrated system. The cultivation and commercialization of certified organic herbs and cereals, which are then exported to key global markets, has proven to be a small yet viable niche business for these two entrepreneurs.

In 2003, Lavandas de las Sierras obtained the extremely prestigious BioSuisse Certification, an internationally recognized organic certificate. Today, Lavandas leads the field in the production of organic certified herbs in Argentina, with a respected social responsibility program.

The Entrepreneurs have participated in an Entrepreneur Summit, and received local mentorship and support namely in the areas of operations and HR. A fellow Entrepreneur has also assisted with the company’s growth.
