Company Snapshot
Prior to Sport Cafe, entrepreneur Andrés Turski founded QuickDeli with partner Andrés Rivero. Seeing a lack of fast yet healthy food options for university students across Chile, they used their engineering skills to develop a refrigerated cart from which to sell sandwiches, salads, beverages, and deserts at their school campus. Through their selling points (fresh and healthy food, and fast, reliable service), QuickDeli built a loyal following, and received numerous awards for entrepreneurship.
True serial entrepreneurs, they sold QuickDeli in 2007 and started new ventures. Andrés Turski launched Sport Cafe, a restaurant holding company with 180 employees.
Endeavor and Sport Café Holding
In addition to multiple Immersion Tours, workshops, and Entrepreneur Summits, Andrés Turski has been advised on issues of business expansion, legal and corporate governance, HR, and brand development.
Andrés is a terrific Endeavor ambassador and role model, speaks frequently at universities, and graciously hosts Endeavor events.
