Mackenzie Coats

Salesforce Administrator & Data Analyst

Mackenzie joined Endeavor’s Organization Engagement team in 2017 as the Salesforce Administrator for all of Endeavor’s offices worldwide. In this role, she encourages enhanced Salesforce usage and efficiency of data processes for all users.

Prior to Endeavor, Mackenzie worked as a Program Coordinator for the Posse Foundation in Boston. While there, she oversaw the logistical components of Posse programs including the Dynamic Assessment Process, Posse Plus Retreats, and the Pre-Collegiate Writing Program. As a Program Coordinator, Mackenzie developed a passion for Salesforce and soon moved to New York to take on the role of Salesforce Administrator and Research Associate for the Posse Foundation’s National office. During that time she oversaw the Salesforce operations and data management for Posse’s 11 offices across the U.S. Preceding her time at Posse, she worked as an Education Facilitator for Heifer International at the Heifer Farm Learning Center in central Massachusetts.

Mackenzie graduated with a BA in Anthropology from the University of Arkansas, and is fiercely loyal to the Razorbacks (Woo Pig Sooie!). In 2010, she studied abroad in Syria, completing six weeks of archaeological fieldwork, and establishing a love for cross cultural research. In her spare time she loves traveling, despite a touch of aviophobia, trying new restaurants, and convincing people of the greatness of Salesforce.
