Adanma Raymond

Manager, Network & Diversity Programs

Adanma joined Endeavor in September 2018 as an Associate on the Retail & Consumer Tech team. Prior to joining Endeavor, she was a technical recruiter at Amazon, sourcing engineers for the operating system that powers Alexa, and facilitating diversity initiatives within Amazon Devices.

Adanma graduated from Columbia University in 2017, with a degree in Sociology. While at Columbia, she served as Vice President for her class in the Columbia College Student Council, and as the Director of Marketing and PR for the Inter-Greek Council. Prior to university, Adanma sailed on the Spring 2013 voyage of Semester at Sea. Over this semester, she had the opportunity to discover new cities and cultures from 12 countries around the world. Semester at Sea was also Adanma’s first exposure to the world of entrepreneurship, as she sailed alongside participants of the Unreasonable at Sea program, volunteering with entrepreneurs as they launched their social ventures in international markets.

Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, Adanma loves when she can travel with Endeavor to some of our warmer and sunnier markets. When not at work, you can find her running, recommending her latest podcast obsession, or trying new restaurants before intensely debating their merits with fellow foodies at the office.
