This May, Endeavor will select the next class of Endeavor Entrepreneurs at the 71st International Selection Panel (ISP) in London, UK. The ISP – two and a half days of interviews, deliberations, and networking – is the culmination of a rigorous search and selection process and represents the heart and soul of the Endeavor experience.
Arrival & Departure Times: All attendees should plan to arrive in Canary Wharf, London by the morning of Monday, May 15th. ISP activities will end on Wednesday night after the Feedback Dinner. We highly encourage attendees (especially Panelists and Candidates) to stay through the close of the Feedback Dinner as this is critical component of the event and the ISP experience.
Please see schedules below. *Kindly note these are subject to change*
Hotel Accommodations: Endeavor has secured a block of discounted hotel rooms for the ISP at the London Marriott Hotel West India Quay in Canary Wharf for 215 GBP a night (approx 260 USD) including taxes. This block closed on April 20th, so moving forward you will need to book through the hotel directly here. We highly encourage all attendees to stay at the ISP hotel as all events will be located within walking distance from this hotel. Should you wish to request a room with (1) or (2) beds, please ensure you select your preference by clicking “make request” in the final stage of the booking process. If you would like a higher room category such as a suite please contact Alana.Chin@endeavor.org for assistance.
**If you are like to extend your stay and arrive earlier in the weekend then offered through the Endeavor block, standard weekend rates are lower and can be made separately through the general hotel website. Simply let the hotel know at check-in that you have (2) reservations and you would like to remain in the same room for the duration of your stay.
Please note: If you are planning on extending your stay in London, Canary Wharf is approximately 30 minutes via the tube (public transit) to the city, and you may want to consider staying elsewhere for convenience.
Panel Materials: Approximately one week before the event, Endeavor will send via email the final ISP schedule, detailed information about event participants, and other panel materials to registered attendees.
Airport transfers: Most long haul flights to London arrive at Heathrow Airport (LHR), which is about 1 hour by underground from Canary Wharf (take the Picadilly line from the airport and transfer at Green Park station to the Jubilee line east towards CanaryWharf). Black taxis can be quite expensive but, as a cheaper alternative, you can book cars in advance through Airport Cars or London Heathrow Cars for about 55 – 65 pounds (about $68- 80)). If you are flying from Europe and some Middle East destinations you may have the option to fly into London City airport (only 10 minutes from Canary Wharf) or London Stansted Airport, which is a bit closer than Heathrow. If arriving at Stansted you may also wish to book a car in advance from the previously mentioned companies. There is also a business-class only flight from New York direct to London City Airport operated by British Airways.
Visa: Please check with your local embassy to see if you require a visa.
