Through High-Impact Entrepreneurship, Endeavor Brazil is changing a culture.
Founded in 2000, Endeavor Brazil opened its first office in the city of São Paulo, the economic center of the country. In 2005, Endeavor Brazil opened a second office in Rio de Janeiro, expanding its reach and allowing for more effective operations. Brazil is the world’s fifth largest country by population and the world’s tenth largest economy, with a GDP in the trillions. It is also the most robust economy in Latin America, representing 35% of the region’s GDP.
After more than a decade of economic instability, Brazil’s economy started to undergo significant structural changes in the mid-1990s, leading to more rapid development. However, Brazil still faces many challenges in terms of income inequality and overall development. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that can be taken to scale play a crucial role in Brazil’s prospects for a more equitable society. Endeavor Brazil’s website and social networking portal also continue to be leading resources for budding entrepreneurs, featuring more than 10,000 articles and hundreds of videos.
