When I see the Endeavor entrepreneurs helping each other and also giving back to society, I can see that Endeavor’s impact is exponential and that it is spurring a revolution.
Founded in 1998, Endeavor Argentina was an early pioneer of Endeavor’s model. Since then, it has become a reference point for entrepreneurship in Argentina, not only supporting the development of high-impact enterprises, but also generating and consolidating knowledge about entrepreneurship and helping to develop a venture capital industry and an ecosystem to support entrepreneurial ventures nationwide.
Today, Endeavor Argentina has offices in multiple cities across the country. In addition to supporting the growth of its portfolio companies, Endeavor Argentina has a strong focus on developing the country’s culture of entrepreneurship, which it does, in part, by organizing conferences to train and inspire large audiences beyond the Endeavor network. Argentina has 40 million citizens, more than one-third of whom live in the greater Buenos Aires area. The nation benefits from rich natural resources, a highly educated population, an export-oriented agricultural sector, and a diversified industrial base. Culturally, Argentine society looks favorably on entrepreneurial projects, and entrepreneurship is generally seen as a positive career path. The number of stories of successful entrepreneurial ventures covered by the media has recently been on the rise.
