Endeavor Miami Partners with Gazelles Social Initiatives for “Scaling Up” Workshop

Endeavor Miami convened 65 representatives from 12 Endeavor Entrepreneur-led companies on January 12 at a “Scaling Up” workshop co-led by Gil Bonwitt, the CEO and founder of Gazelles Social Initiatives.

The workshop was designed to guide entrepreneurs through tools and strategies affecting four decisions in their business: people, strategy, growth and cashflow. Bonwitt’s “Scaling Up” Workshops have empowered more than 20,000 executives and their leadership teams to break through the barriers to scaling.

During the event, Endeavor Miami companies shared experiences, challenges and successes with the other attendees. The workshop was one of several professional development workshops that Endeavor Miami provides annually for its entrepreneurs to support them as they scale their companies.

Endeavor Miami launched in September 2013 with the support of the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation. The organization currently supports 16 companies from diverse industries, including tech, food and beverage, education and professional services. For more information on Endeavor Miami, click here.
