Two Endeavor Companies Come Together As Globant Acquires Belatrix

Globant (NYSE: GLOB), a digitally native technology services company, announced this August the acquisition of Belatrix Software, a leading agile product development company with nearly 20 years of experience and a presence in Peru, Colombia, Spain, the United States and Argentina. 

Both founded in Argentina, the connection between Globant and Belatrix was first forged through the Endeavor network, which the companies’ founders joined in 2012 and 2013 respectively. 

Since then, as they have scaled, both companies have carved out space as first movers in their fields. Co-founded by Alex, Federico, and Luis Robbio, Belatrix was among the first companies in Latin America to develop software for iOS and has grown at twice the rate of the industry, attracting notable clients such as Adobe, Disney, and Sirius XM Radio. Globant, guided by Endeavor Entrepreneurs Martín Migoya, Martín Umaran, Guibert Englebienne and Néstor Nocetti has risen to become one of Argentina’s — and Endeavor’s — greatest success stories, reaching a milestone as the first company in the Endeavor network to go public on the NYSE, and the second overall to IPO in the U.S.
