Endeavor Investor Network Brings Entrepreneurs and Growth Market Investors Together in New York City

More than 100 Endeavor Entrepreneurs, candidate companies, and leading investors from across the U.S. Europe, MENA, Southeast Asia, Latin America and Africa gathered in New York City on October 5, 2017, for a day-long Endeavor Investor Network event.

The Endeavor Investor Network was launched in 2013 to provide opportunities for Endeavor Entrepreneurs and investors to come together for networking and conversation.

During the event, entrepreneurs participated in speed networking sessions with investors that had been carefully and individually matched to each company by interest and expertise.

The event kicked off with an Investor Roundtable, where participants shared their findings in the markets they focus on, and discussed investment trends and opportunities across Latin America, the MENA region, and Europe. During this morning session, entrepreneurs attended a concurrent workshop with Brian Hutchings and Adan Muller of Gunderson Dettmer on understanding and negotiating term sheets. A pitch preparation workshop with Natalie Fratto of Silicon Valley Bank followed, allowing the entrepreneurs to hone and practice their pitch in preparation for their afternoon conversations with investors.

The event wrapped up with a speed-networking session, which featured tailored one-on-one conversations between investors and entrepreneurs who were mindfully matched, and resulted in more than 280 formal connections made.

This month’s event was generously sponsored by Silicon Valley Bank, Gunderson Dettmer, and Pitchbook.
