Founded in 2013 with offices in Miami and Los Angeles, FIGS is seeking to revolutionize the medical apparel industry through its line of tailored and technical scrubs sold direct to consumer. In doing so, the young company is disrupting the US$10 billion medical apparel industry, which has traditionally been controlled by a dozen or so privately held, family-owned operators with little incentive to innovate.
