Talent Garden, the largest European network of co-working spaces and first company selected by the recently-launched Endeavor Italy office, received a new round of investment in November from Tamburi Investment Partners and 500 Startups with participation from Endeavor Catalyst. This investment marks Endeavor Catalyst’s 42nd to date, and first ever in an Italian company.
Talent Garden, which specializes in providing spaces for digital professionals, is led by Davide Dattoli, who was selected as the first Italian Endeavor Entrepreneur at the 65th International Selection Panel in Bali, Indonesia, in July 2016.
“We are delighted to have closed this funding round with Endeavor who is so supportive of our vision for the future of coworking,” commented Dattoli. “Our core philosophy is based on fostering innovation, embracing diversity, and tapping into the creative potential that is the lifeblood of the startup and the freelance economy. We are scaling to help digital talents achieve their potential and enter new markets, with ambitious growth aspirations akin to the likes of Endeavor.”
Talent Garden is a global network of coworking spaces specialized in digital and tecnology. Through coworking campuses, events, and educational programs, Talent Garden offers its clients a smarter way to connect, learn, and work. Notable companies such as Tesla, Uber, and IBM have taken advantage of Talent Garden’s community.
“We are very excited to be making our 1st investment in Italy, and particularly to be backing a fantastic founder in Davide,” commented Allen Taylor, Managing Director of the Endeavor Catalyst. “We see great potential in what he and the team at TAG are building, and are looking forward to supporting them as they truly scale-up.”
Since launching the first co-working space in the small city of Brescia, Italy, in 2011, Talent Garden has expanded to 17 locations throughout Europe, and has more than 1,500 members and 500 companies making use of its campuses, cementing the company as the largest European coworking network for digital professionals. The company also runs a “TAG Innovation School” program which focuses on, among other topics, coding, UX, and ecommerce.
Talent Garden’s Series B funding round received media coverage in TechCrunch.
