Endeavor Entrepreneur Silvina Moschini of Yandiki spoke during a panel at the Global Women’s Empowerment Forum, where she unveiled her new initiative “SheWorks!” and discussed her vision on how cloud technology, machine learning, data science and matching algorithms can help disrupt gender unemployment. The annual event was held March 14-15, 2017 at the United Nations headquarters in New York City.
This year’s event, Measuring Success, Making It Count, explored the role of the private sector in achieving the sustainable development agenda, and looked at different ways of measuring outcomes of initiatives to support women and girls and how to use data to drive discourse and action.

SheWorks! is an online platform that aims to do just that — by using matching algorithms and remote workforce management tools to connect professional women with flexible remote job opportunities.
“Today $17 Trillion dollars worldwide is lost as a result of women leaving their jobs for lack of flexible, transparent and viable options. The market needs innovative solutions to transform the world of work – that’s what we’ve created with SheWorks!” said Silvina. “SheWorks! connects talented professional women with flexible jobs that fit their lives while helping companies expand their diversity pipeline and manage remote teams efficiently.”
Working primarily with the Endeavor Miami office, Silvina was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2015 at the 61st International Selection Panel in Morocco with her company Yandiki, which leverages the power of the cloud to connect enterprises with on-demand talent.
