Mathilde Williams

Global Manager, Healthcare

Mathilde graduated cum laude from Yale University in 2011, with distinction in the History major. After graduating, she moved to New York City to join PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory’s Strategy Group. In July 2012, she accepted an opportunity to serve as a Lead Advance Representative for Governor Mitt Romney’s Presidential Campaign.

Following the termination of the campaign, she moved to Johannesburg, South Africa to work for an NGO supporting free and fair elections in Zimbabwe. Looking to depart the political world for a career in economic development, she found Endeavor when she returned to New York City. She is currently the manager of the global healthcare portfolio, covering Endeavor Entrepreneurs working in biotech, diagnostics, healthcare services, healthtech, medical devices, medical equipment, and pharmaceuticals.

In Mathilde’s free time, she plans weekend excursions and international adventures. Her colleagues enjoy making fun of her love for scones, airline loyalty programs, and Google Calendar invites. A skier since the age of two and a half, Mathilde hopes to ski on every continent before she turns 30.
