Jesse Miller

Organization Engagement

Jesse is the head of Organization Engagement at Endeavor. In this role, Jesse works to improve the Endeavor’s operational efficiencies and effectiveness, as well as continue to improve Endeavor’s staff experience. Jesse joined Endeavor in 2013 as an Associate on the Entrepreneur Selection & Growth team, and in 2015 transitioned into a People & Advocacy role. Prior to joining Endeavor, Jesse worked as a Kiva Fellow, expanding Kiva Zip in New York City to increase the access to capital for the underserved small businesses and entrepreneurs within the Untied States. Jesse spent a summer at Endeavor as a Research & Consulting Intern with the Insight team. Born and raised just outside of Boston, Jesse received a degree from Middlebury College where she studied Environmental Science with a focus in Conservation Biology and Economics. The fall of her Junior year at Middlebury, Jesse spent a semester abroad in Namibia where she conducted research for the Namibian government in order to facilitate economic development by sustainably using environmental resources. A true Midd kid, Jesse enjoys hiking and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
