The plan is to scale “Communities as a Service”, making it a repeatable process focused on different types of communities while engaging new Entrepreneurs and working with more Endeavor staff. To start this project, Endeavor launched three initial communities:
Leadership development is a core skill entrepreneurs need to scale their businesses. This 8-12 month community aims to bring together a small group of entrepreneurs at the critical inflection point of transitioning from a founder to CEO, guide them to think bigger about their human capital strategy, and provide them with tools to “hack” their way to success as a leader.
This is a one-year program to support and accelerate the growth of the most promising Entrepreneurs in the F&B industry. The activities include offline meetings (global or regional), industry tours, as well as online connections and trainings based on the top needs and market goals of the selected Entrepreneurs. The goal of the project is to add significant value to the market expansion and operational challenges.
Investing in other entrepreneurs is the ultimate form of “give-back” and venture capital is a critical element of a healthy entrepreneurial ecosystem. The F2F community will select Entrepreneurs at a mature stage of their personal and entrepreneurial development to train them to become general partners in their own venture capital fund. Beyond angel investing, this program will utilize global mentors and network members to engage, train, and develop a small community of Endeavor Entrepreneurs on the process of becoming general partners launching their own funds.
