Ariel Aisiks is the Founder of The Geo Global Foundation and the Chair of the Advisory Board of The Institute for Global Organization Effectiveness at Indiana University. Ariel graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from The University of Southern California. He is also a graduate of Harvard University’s OPM (Owner/President Management Program).

Ariel started his career in finance in 1990 at Prudential-Bache Securities. From 1992 to 1996 he served as Senior Vice President at Oppenheimer & Co. where he was responsible for Latin American Markets. In 1996 he joined Morgan Stanley as the Executive Director of the Wealth Management Division. After 10 years at Morgan Stanley, Ariel formed Aisiks Capital LLC, and later became Chief Executive Officer of GEO Capital Holdings LLC.

Ariel devotes most of his time to his role as Chief Executive Officer of The Geo Global Foundation, a philanthropic organization that aims to enhance human capital and cultural development with a focus in Latin America. The Institute for Global Organizational Effectiveness was created in partnership with Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Its main purpose is to enhance the global effectiveness of organizations. The Institute fosters a unique collaboration of top students, faculty, alumni, and carefully selected organizations working hand-in-hand to achieve great results, specifically, the development of specialized, diverse talent that can meet the global market demand and the creation of new knowledge that will advance global business.

Ariel is a member of the Clinton Global Initiative. He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and resides in New York City.
