Travis Marchman
Entrepreneur Selection & Growth
Travis joined Endeavor in March 2012 as a member of the Search & Selection team. Prior to working at Endeavor, Travis was a member of the Program Department at the Clinton Global Initiative in New York, where he assisted in the production of CGI’s sessions for each of the organization’s meetings. He also was an analyst in the Debt Capital Markets group at BNP Paribas, covering financial institutions and sovereign, supranational, and agency clients.
Travis graduated from Yale University (TD ’10) with a degree in Political Science and spent a year abroad at Sciences Po Paris. Following his passion for international affairs, Travis spent most of his time prior to leaving Yale working at institutions such as the Rockefeller Brothers Fund in New York, the US Department of State's Mission to UNESCO in Paris, and the European Parliament in Brussels.
Travis was raised in Maplewood, New Jersey. He is currently co-chair of the junior board of the Hetrick-Martin Institute, a non-profit organization in New York that serves LGBTQ youth, and the Future Arts Network, the junior board of the Complexions Contemporary Ballet.
