Tanvi joined the Entrepreneur Selection & Growth Team in 2012. She is responsible for working with entrepreneurs and the teams in Asia throughout the selection process as well providing strategic services to Endeavor Entrepreneurs in the region. Prior to joining Endeavor, Tanvi worked with a microfinance institution in Bangalore, where she was responsible for setting up a social enterprise (Kai Krafts) focused on increasing the earning potential for rural artisans by improving the supply chain and marketing opportunities. She also worked with BRAC USA, an affiliate of the Bangladesh-based microfinance and international development organization, where she focused on strategy and communications.

Tanvi graduated from New York University with degrees in Politics and Romance Languages. Given the international nature of her course of study, Tanvi spent her third year studying in Paris and Buenos Aires. A Detroit area native, Tanvi loves all things Detroit, scuba diving, and exploring NYC’s food culture.
