Liz Mooney

Associate, Entrepreneur Selection & Growth

Liz joined Endeavor in June 2014 as an Associate on the Entrepreneur Selection & Growth team. Prior to joining Endeavor, Liz worked as a Resource Fellow for Women's Microfinance Initiative in rural Uganda, helping to streamline the program's operations and spearhead community initiatives. Her past work experience includes stints in Chile, where she worked to capacitate entrepreneurs within Santiago's startup ecosystem, as well as in Boston, where she helped build a knowledge base for the US Marine Corps to improve their humanitarian assistance operations.

Born in the Caribbean and raised in Vermont, Liz received a degree from Brown University where she studied International Relations with a regional concentration on the Middle East. The spring of her Junior year at Brown, Liz spent a semester abroad in Alexandria, Egypt where she focused on Arabic language acquisition.

Liz loves exploring the culture and gastronomy of New York City. She frequently attempts to train for half-marathons and has dreams of becoming a professional bhangra dancer.
