Gerardo Cervantes
Director, Organizational Development
Gerardo joined Endeavor in 2005; after working for Endeavor Mexico for four years, Gerardo joined Endeavor New York’s Organizational Development team in 2009. As a long-time member of the Endeavor team, Gerardo has detailed knowledge of the organization, with particular expertise in operations, expansion, development of the network, Search and Selection, Entrepreneur Services, and training.
In his role as Organizational Development Director, Gerardo is responsible for supervising a portfolio of affiliate offices, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Jordan, Mexico, South Africa, Turkey and Uruguay. By constantly measuring, analyzing, identifying, sharing, and helping to implement Endeavor best-practices, Gerardo supports Affiliate Offices so that they can achieve greater impact in their countries. Additionally, he has played a key role in the improvement of Endeavor processes and in the management, implementation & adoption of the organization’s CRM.
Previously, as a Senior Manager in Mexico, Gerardo identified potential Endeavor Entrepreneurs and counseled them through the Search & Selection and the Entrepreneur Services Process. Finally, Gerardo trained, guided and supported Regional Directors during the launch of Endeavor Mexico’s Regional Affiliate Offices.
Gerardo holds a degree in Business Administration from Anahuac del Sur University in Mexico City and attended a Strategic Risk Management course with Claremont University & Anahuac del Sur University. Gerardo is passionate about entrepreneurship, sports, music, and spending time with his family.
