Associate, Entrepreneur Selection & Growth
Carmen joined Endeavor in September 2013 as an Associate in the Entrepreneur Selection & Growth team. She graduated from Harvard in 2011 with a degree in History and language citations in both French and Modern Standard Arabic. Discovering a love for the Middle East, she spent a summer at the American University in Cairo in 2009 studying Arabic, including Egyptian colloquial, and returned to the region more permanently after graduation when she moved to Beirut, Lebanon for two years to pursue an MA in Middle Eastern Studies from the American University of Beirut .
Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in New York, Carmen is happy to be back near family and friends, and looks forward to working closely with the local offices and entrepreneurs in the region and beyond. Carmen enjoys traveling, learning languages, keeping up with current and cultural affairs, and practicing yoga
