Endeavor Global

Bianca is Director of Entrepreneur Selection and Growth. In this role, she is responsible for enhancing the Endeavor Experience for high-impact entrepreneurs around the world, by facilitating a value added selection process and providing access to a global network of mentors, investors and partners that will help their companies accelerate growth. Bianca is specifically focused in the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Indonesia, Uruguay and South Africa.

Bianca joined Endeavor Global in March 2011, after 4 years working at Endeavor Brazil. Having worked on the Search and Selection and the Entrepreneur Services teams, she has acquired extensive experience in analyzing business models and supporting entrepreneurs.

Prior to Endeavor, Bianca worked at Procter & Gamble at the Marketing and Sales Healthcare division.

Bianca holds a BA in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP in São Paulo-Brazil, with a specialization in International Management from Unniversità Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan-Italy. She also participated on Executive Programs ECLA (Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness in Latin America) at Columbia University and the Stanford-Endeavor Leadership Program.

Bianca currently lives in NYC and is passionate about music, traveling and of course, entrepreneurship.
