Beth Robertson
Associate, Global Network
Beth is a member of the Global Network team based in Endeavor’s San Francisco office. A graduate of Cornell University and Mount Holyoke College, Beth brings a wide range of experiences to her role with Endeavor. Beth’s passions meet at the intersection of entrepreneurship and economic development. Beth has over 6 years of experience living and working in emerging market countries including: India, Nepal, Uganda, South Africa, and Kenya. Most recently, Beth spent three months in East Africa as a fellow with Women’s Earth Alliance where she was responsible for coordinating two international water and sanitation conferences and supporting 70 safe water practitioners. In South Africa, Beth co-managed the creation and roll out of a venture-backed mobile financial services company for unbanked, peri-urban trader communities. As a Fulbright Scholar, Beth spent a year working with Ashoka’s Nepal office, where she managed fellow profiles and worked in the field with Ashoka Fellows. Prior to that she spent over three years working in Nepal as a coordinator of Cornell University’s Nepal Abroad Program, and livelihood development coordinator with domestic non-profit organizations.
Outside of the office, Beth works with youth in East Oakland to encourage their entrepreneurial spirit and to cultivate their passion for social justice work. When she is not Endeavoring, she is an avid hiker, singer (who has auditioned for the X-Factor) and explorer who can be found in the mountains surrounding the Bay Area.
