Our Model

At the heart of Endeavor’s innovative model is our world-class network built to support Endeavor Entrepreneurs. Once selected, entrepreneurs are provided with customized services from a volunteer network of 1,000+ global and local business leaders (“VentureCorps”) who serve as mentors, advisors, connectors, investors, and role models. These services take place on both the affiliate and global levels.

Endeavor’s Entrepreneur Services focus on providing access to:

  • Mentorship

The experienced sounding board for growth

  • Networks

  • Strategic advice

Local Entrepreneur Services

Each Endeavor office has developed its own unique set of service offerings, partnerships, and programs aimed at providing local mentorship and support to Endeavor Entrepreneurs in their area. For example, Endeavor Brazil offers PAEX (short for Partners for Excelence), a results management training program run in conjunction with a partner consulting firm. The program includes regular workshops on management strategies. In Turkey, members of Endeavor Turkey’s board work with newly selected entrepreneurs in direct one-to-one mentoring relationships. In addition to programs supporting Endeavor Entrepreneurs, many local offices run programs to support startup entrepreneurs, from the Promesas programs in Latin America to the Excelerator program in South Africa.
